【摘要】 坚持群众观点和群众路线，密切地联系和一切依靠群众，全心全意为人民服务，这是我党的根本宗旨，也是马克思主义群众观的核心内容。在新的历史时期，我们党在坚持群众观点和群众路线，密切联系群众问题上遇到了新情况与新挑战。为了很好地应对这一挑战，江泽民以马克思主义群众观为理论依据，通过对党的执政经验和历史经验的深刻反思，以及对党执政所面临的重大现实问题的缜密思考，形成了独具特色的群众观。江泽民的群众观主要包括以下内容：始终代表最广大人民群众的根本利益；坚持、丰富和发展党的群众路线；从制度上和法律上保证党同群众的密切联系；狠刹官僚主义和形式主义歪风。江泽民的群众观实现了对马克思主义群众观的创新与发展，将始终代表最广大人民群众的根本利益上升为党一切工作的出发点和落脚点，通过为最广大人民谋利益实现了共产党人价值取向与价值标准的统一，以发扬民主、建立社会主义民主机制作为执政为民的实现途径，把反腐败斗争推进到“制度化”、“机制化”的新阶段。学习江泽民“三个代表”重要思想，很重要的一个方面就是要正确理解、贯彻、执行江泽民的群众观，真正当好最广大人民群众根本利益的忠实代表。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is the important reflection of the fundamental tenets of the Chinese Communist Party to stick to the mass view and mass line and tightly connect with and depend on mass and serve the people with whole hearts, it is also the essential content of Marxist mass view. The Chinese Communist Party faces a new situation and a new challenge in sticking to mass view and mass line in this new historical period. In order to readily meet the challenge, Jiang Zemin formulates a mass view with special characteristics by taking Marxist mass view as the theoretical basis and rethinking profoundly the governing experiences and historical lessons and thinking carefully the great reality the Chinese Communist Party faces. Jiang Zemin’s mass view mainly are as the following: it always represents the fundamental interests of the most Chinese people; it sticks to enrich and develop the mass line of the Chinese Communist Party; it ensures the Chinese Communist Party connecting with the mass through establishing systems and laws; it eliminate the evil trends of the bureaucracy and formalism. Jiang Zemin’s mass view realizes an innovation and development of Marxist mass view. First, that always represents the fundamental interests of the most Chinese people is elevated as the consideration and objective. Second, the unification of value orientation and value standard is realized by working for the people’s interests for the most Chinese people. Third, displaying people democracy and establishing a democratic system is taken as an objective way in governing for the people; at last, combating corruption is promoted into a new stage of "systematization" and "mechanization", a very important aspect of studying the important "Three presents" for us is to comprehend and practice Jiang Zemin’s mass view and truly act as an honest representative of the most Chinese people.更多还原
