【摘要】 20世纪留给人类的不仅仅是繁华，还有深深的忧虑。和平问题、发展问题、环境问题、人口问题等等犹如达摩克利斯利剑悬在世人眼前。步入21世纪，这些问题仍然会以未决性问题而存在着，从而迫使着人们要对未来之路做出认真的思考和慎审的抉择。环境教育就是在这种背景下产生并迅速发展的。 一般认为，环境教育的开展是实现人们环境观念转变的关键，而环境问题的解决则取决于人们环境观念的转变。环境观念的转变作为环境教育的重要目标之一，在环境教育中起着举足轻重的作用。然而，以往在环境教育的实施过程当中，一直偏重于环境科学知识的传授以及对环境法规知识的掌握，在环保实践中也常表现为“头痛医头、脚痛医脚”。虽然说，环境教育在“知”的层面做了许多卓有成效的工作，如，人们的环境知识丰富了，环境法制意识增强了，但是环境状况仍未能发生根本性的好转，形势依然不容乐观。造成这种状况的原因固然很多，但是也与环境教育的某些方面的缺失密切相关。笔者以为，环境教育要真正发挥出在推动环境保护中的作用，应当把侧重点放在价值观教育上，即应着重帮助人们树立起良好的价值观念，这才是环境教育的价值目标。基于此，本文将着重研究环境教育的价值之维。 本文在结构上主要分为二大部分。第一部分粗略地阐述了环境教育的定义、发展沿革、本质特征以及体系构架，主要是对环境教育轮廓有一个初步的介绍。第二部分较为详细地论述了环境教育的四大价值目标，即通过环境教育，要使人们树立一种人与自然和谐发展的新自然观，追寻一种可持续发展的新发展观，弘扬一种人类利益的新公正观，重塑一种“真、善、美”相统一的高尚的新人格观。 总之，我们认为，环境教育在目的追求上，起点是养成对生态和环境的敏感意识和反思意识，实践层面的展开是推动社会的可持续性发展，而归宿却在于人的道德水平及素质的全面提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is not only flourishing, but also profound anxious those are leaved behind from the 20th century for us. The question of peace, development, environment, human and so on, like a sharp sword before people. Step in the 21th century, these questions are not still solved. So that drives people to ponder deeply and to select seriously for road of future. In this background, environmental education emerge and develop quickly.In general opinion, the development of environmental education is the crux of transformation of environmental concept, and the solution to environmental questions depend on transformation of environmental concept. The transformation of environmental concept is one of the important objective of environmental education, which plays an important role in environmental education. However, in the course of the enforcement of. environmental education, we always lay particular stress on passing on scientific knowledge of environment and grasping the knowledge of environment law. In the practice of environmental protection, it’s form of expression is often superficial. For all highly effective efforts in arrangement of knowledge, such as, rich in people’s environmental knowledge and consciousness of environmental law, but environmental situation is not still taking a turn for the better, which is allow of no joy. The reasons for this situation are varied, which is related to lacking environmental education to some extent. In my opinion, if environmental education really play an important role in pushing on environmental protection, we should lay stress on education of axiology, that’s to say, we should help people to adopt the idea of value. This is objective of value of environmental education. Therefore, the thesis will emphatically study the mainstay of environmental education.The thesis is made up of two sections. The meaning, development, innate character of environmental education are roughly expound in 1 section. It chiefly provide information about outline of environmentaleducation. 2 section makes an exhaustive study the four objective of value of environmental education. Even if by environmental education, people should adopt a new naturalism that is about a harmonious development of man and natural. And people should pursue a new idea of development about sustainable development. Meanwhile, we should propose a new idea of just about common interests of man. Finally, we will reestablish a new idea of noble character about unification of "genuine’, "good", and "virtue".In a word, we think, when we pursue the objective of environmental education, we should adopt sensitive consciousness and consciousness of self-questioning which is starting point. Finally, we should enhance the level of morality and accomplishment, which is a horn to return to for us.更多还原
