捕鸟蛛毒素的结构与功能研究

【摘要】 虎纹捕鸟蛛毒素HWTX-Ⅰ(5×10^-6g／ml)对电刺激豚鼠回肠引起的一过性收缩有非常明显的抑制作用。HWTX-Ⅰ的抑制作用作用发生后，ACh诱发回肠的收缩幅度与使用HWTX-Ⅰ前无明显差异。在使用酚妥拉明后，HWTX-Ⅰ仍能引起豚鼠回肠的一过性收缩抑制。HWTX-Ⅰ对豚鼠回肠的抑制作用主要是抑制ACh释放或影响ACh释放之前的过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 The contraction of isolated guinea pig ileum induced by electrical stimulus can be inhibited by HWTX-I,a toxin purified from the Chinese bird spider Sclcnocosmia huwenn. While being blocked , the ileum has almost the same contracting amplitude at certain concentration of ACh as that before adding HWTX-I. Phcnlolamine can not change the inhibi t ton effect of HWTX-I on guinea pig ileum. So it seems that the inhibition effect of HWTX-I on guinea pig ileum might be due to blocking the releasing of ACh or affecting the process before the releasing of ACh.更多还原
