川芎综合利用的产业化研究

【摘要】 中药的规范化、标准化是实现中药现代化、国际化的关键，有重点地利用中药提取物或中药活性部位进行配伍组方或直接制成中药制剂，并采用先进技术使之工业化，是加快中药新药产品开发的一条切实可行的途径。“川芎综合利用的产业化研究”是在中医药理论指导下，从现代科技的观点，从药物成分的角度出发，充分利用各类成分，即一味药材，对于有效的部分，按多种性味及作用，分段提取，分别入药，分类利用。综合利用川芎的系列提取物(川芎总碱、川芎挥发油、川芎总酚酸)并建立相应的质量标准加以控制，以此作为现代中药的新饮片，可直接用作制剂的原料，亦可通过配伍而制成新药；同时，对于无药效的部分——剩余药渣，则进行深加工开发制成农用生态肥，以提高资源利用率，避免资源浪费和环境污染。药渣在被用作生态肥的同时亦可作为改善土壤结构和性质的改良剂，是绿化荒山、建设西部的一种“退耕还林”的双赢举措。 本课题以传统的中医药理论为指导原则，以市场需求为导向，通过全面的工艺筛选路线，对川芎进行综合利用研究，并应用国家“十五”期间重点推广的高新技术(膜分离技术)考察和筛选了川芎的分段系列提取物(总生物碱、挥发油、总酚酸)的提取、分离、纯化工艺，并建立相应的质量标准加以有效控制；同时积极合理地开发药渣，将其研究制成农用生态肥、土壤改良剂，既大大减少了环境污染，又物尽其用，从而为开发高科技含量、高附加值、符合市场需求和环保要求的中药材产品提供了思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The standardization of the traditional Chinese medicine is key to realize the traditional Chinese medicine internationalization and modernization. It is a feasible way to accelerate the traditional Chinese medicine development that we use the traditional Chinese medicine extracts or its active positions to carry on the compatibility group or make traditional Chinese medicine formulations directly and make its industrialization with advanced technology. The thought of this project-"Study of the industrialization of comprehensive utilization of Rhizoma Chuan Xiong" was to fully utilize all kinds of composition in accordance with the view of the modern science, technology and the medicine composition . Namely, we used different ways to draw the different effective composition in one crude drugs as to effective part, according to its flavor and function. To the effective part of Rhizoma Chuan Xiong including Rhizoma Chuan Xiong Alkaloid , Rhizoma Chuan Xiong volatile oil and Rhizoma Chuan Xiong Organic acid, we set up the corresponding quality standard to control its qualities. All the extracts can be used as the new sliced medicinal herbs of the modern traditional Chinese medicine, the raw materials of the preparation directly and the new medicine through the compatibility. Besides, to the invalid part-dregs of a decoction, we carried on deep processing develop and made agricultural ecological fertilizer, which can improve the utilization ratio of resource and prevent resources from wasting and environmental pollution. The dregs of a decoction can also be regarded as the improvement pharmaceutical which improve the soil structure and quality while using as the ecology fertilizer, which was a new win-win actions or1 conceding the land to forestry" to afforest the deserted mountain, and build a kind of western.In this project ,we carried on the comprehensive utilization study of Rhizoma Chuan Xiong regards the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacology theory and the market demand as the guideline thought, screening overall comprehensive craft route, using membrane separate technology that was an new and high technology popularized by Nation "SHFWU" especially to observe and screen the route of draw, separation, purification craft of serial extracts of Rhizoma Chuan Xiong such as alkaloid, volatile oil and organic acid, setting up corresponding quality level to control its quality effectively. At the same time ,we also developed the dregs of a decoction and made them agricultural ecological fertilizer and soil improvement pharmaceutical rational,. Which not only reduced the environmental pollution but also made the best use of Rhizoma Chuan Xiong greatly, which offer the train of thoughts for developing high-tech content, high added value traditional Chinese medicine products and satisfy the market demand and the request of environmental protection.更多还原
