热毒清输液制备工艺研究

【摘要】 热毒清输液是由具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒作用的黄芩开发而成的治疗风温热毒证的药物，其具有清热解毒、抗菌消炎的功效。根据现代药理学研究，确定了黄芩入药的有效部位为总黄酮，据此做了大量的实验优选出有效部位及制剂的制备工艺。原料药及制剂的四批中试数据及结果表明，该制备工艺合理可行，质量可控，成品稳定性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The infusion of Redu Qing made from scutellaria root, a traditional Chinese drug which has the effects of clearing away damp-heat syndromes, purging fire and detoxicating, can be applicable to an antibiotic, antiphlogistic and a drug of eliminating heat and detoxifmg. According to the modern pharmacological studies, the general flavonoids are chose to be the effective position of the scutellaria root. In order to make out the appropriate procedure of collecting the effective position and the preparation, we made a detailed study. The result of four batches of the raw material and the preparation indicates that not only the procedure is reasonable and applicable, the quality of the preparation is controllable and stable also.更多还原
