清胆颗粒剂治疗胆囊炎的主要药效学实验研究

【摘要】 清胆颗粒剂是在四逆散的基础上加入丹皮、黄芩、蒲公英等药经加工提取而成的中药制剂，是治疗胆囊炎的经验方，在临床上运用多年，取得了良好的临床疗效。该方具有清热解毒利湿、疏肝利胆、活血止痛功效。通过对清胆颗粒剂治疗胆囊炎的主要药效学实验研究表明：本方具有抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的作用；抑制醋酸所致小鼠毛细血管腹腔通透性增高；明显地抑制蛋清所致大鼠足跖肿胀的作用；抑制胆囊固有膜炎细胞浸润程度，降低胆汁中总胆红素及游离胆红素浓度，抑制钙离子浓度增高；能够增强正常大鼠的胆汁排泄功能；对2，4-二硝基苯酚所致大鼠发热有明显的解热作用；对热板刺激所致小鼠疼痛反应及对醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应有明显的抑制作用。说明本方具有明显的抗炎、解热、镇痛、利胆等作用，为临床治疗胆囊炎提供了药效学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Qingdan granule consists of Powder for Treating Cold Limbs (PTCL) ,_Moutan Bark, Astragalus Root, Dandelion Herb and other Chinese herb medicines. The TCM preparation can be used for treating cholecystitis . This effectivemedicaI prescription has obtained satisfactory cIinicaI effect by making use of many years’ medical practice . This formula has function of clearing away heat detoxicat ing and unblocking moist .comforting liver, smoothing bile, activat ing blood and relieving pain . Through main pharmacodynamics study on Qingdan granule for treating cholecystitis , it shows good results. The formula inhibits mice’ s swelling of auricle caused by dimethyI benzene. Apparently inhibits increasing abdominal cavity permeability of mice’ s blood capillary incurred by acetic acid . Rats’ pesmetatarsus swelling caused by inject ing ooschedu! can also be inhibited. Cholecyst innade membranit is cell’ s infiltration degree and total bilirubin with free cho I erythr i n, caIciurnions concen- tration of biIe decrease significantIy . It can reinforce rats’ bi le excretory function. Rats’ febrileresulted from 2,4-binitropnenol SC can be inhibited.
