鼻康胶囊部分药效学及抗炎机理研究

【摘要】 鼻康胶囊具有通窍止痛,清热解毒,活血化瘀的功效,临床上主要用于急性鼻炎、慢性鼻炎和过敏性鼻炎等症。为进一步明确其药理作用及作用机理,本课题进行了以下实验研究:通过小鼠耳廓肿胀、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性、小鼠棉球肉芽肿等实验,观察鼻康胶囊的抗炎作用;通过醋酸扭体法和热板法,观察鼻康胶囊的镇痛作用;通过建立大鼠鼻炎模型并检测其IL—1和TNF生物活性,观察鼻康胶囊对鼻炎模型大鼠的治疗作用以及对其IL—1和TNF生物活性的影响。结果表明:鼻康胶囊能显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀,能抑制醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高,对小鼠棉球肉芽肿亦有明显的抑制作用;同时,鼻康胶囊能显著抑制醋酸所致的扭体反应,能减轻热刺激所致的疼痛,提高小鼠痛阈值,具有较好的镇痛作用。鼻康胶囊对鼻炎模型大鼠有较好的治疗作用,能降低鼻炎模型大鼠异常升高的IL—1和TNF活性。结论:鼻康胶囊具有较强的抗炎、镇痛作用,对鼻炎有良好的治疗作用,其抗炎作用机理与降低异常升高的IL—1和TNF活性有关。

【Abstract】 BiKang capsule has the effects of dredging opening and relieving pain, clearing away heat-evil and eliminating toxic materials,promoting blood circulation and removing gore.Using BiKang capsule to treat acute rhinitis,chronic rhinitis and allergic rhinitis and so on has preferable effects.In order to crystallize its pharmacological effects and anti-inflammatory mechanism,the experiments as follows have carried out: By means of the swelling of mice ears induced by xylene, swelling of granulation in cotton ball and the penetrating of blood capillary in abdominal cavity to test and verify the anti-inflammatory effects of BiKang capsule; by means of mice pain caused by hot board and mice twisting bodies caused by acetic acid to test and verify the analgesic effects;by means of copying the mice model of rhinitis and measuring the activities of IL-1 and TNF to test and verify its teatment and affecting the activities of IL-1 and TNF.Results: BiKang capsule can significantly inhibit swelling of mice ears induced by xylene, swelling of the penetration of blood capillary in abdominal cavity and granulation in cotton ball. Bikang capsule can enhance the threshold of pain of mice pain caused by hot board and acetic acid.BiKang capsule has the favorable treatment for the mice model of rhinitis and can depress the activities of IL-1 and TNF.Conclusion: BiKang capsule has the significantly effects of anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.BiKang capsule has the favorable treatment for rhinitis,and the mechanism of anti-inflammatory action is related to depress activities of IL-1 and TNF.
