基于神经网络的液压缸故障诊断专家系统

【摘要】 随着现代生产的发展,生产率水平的提高,故障诊断技术越来越引起了人们的重视。由于人们对运动学、动力学、信号处理等的研究相对比较透彻,使得人们对旋转机械,特别是大型的旋转机械的故障研究比较深入。相对而言,对液压系统的故障诊断要肤浅得多,而且在大型设备、生产线上实施运用的实例也要少得多。 本文以电液控制铜电解阳极生产线为研究对象,具体到生产线液压系统的执行机构——液压缸,对液压故障诊断技术进行了较为深入的研究,对故障诊断的方法、液压缸的故障形式进行了综合分析,在此基础上,设计了阳极生产线生产过程中液压缸的监视系统。本文还对神经网络以及专家系统在故障诊断中的应用进行了研究,试图以液压缸的故障诊断系统为点给整条生产线的液压故障诊断搭起一个框架结构。

【Abstract】 As the development of modem manufacturing and the improvement of production efficiency, malfunction diagnosis technology id getting more and more important, so it is calling much more attention in this field. Having enough knowledge on subjects of kinematics, kinetics and signal process et-c, people go deep into the investigation on malfunction diagnosis for rotating machine, especially those good-size ones. Relatively, malfunction diagnosis for hydraulic system has itsvgoods in the windows, especially for hydraulic pump, and it hasn’ t been widely used into the good-size equipment and product line.This paper regards the copper electrolyze anode product line under electricity-hydraulic controlling as its researching object and studies the technology on hydraulic malfunction diagnosis thoroughly, it also analyzes integrate the methods of malfunction diagnosis and the malfunction form of hydraulic components. Basing of this knowledge, this paper designs a process sufveillance system for hydraulic cylinder of anode product line, What’s more this paper studies NN and expert system’ s application" on malfunction diagnosis and tries to bet up a frame work, structure for the total product line’ s hydraulic malfunction diagnosis.
