新形势下城市竞争力的探讨

【摘要】 近年来，关于城市竞争力的话题层出不穷，本文试图在这方面有所突破。世界经济发展日趋一体化，跨国公司的地位日益重要，大有超越国家之势。市场机制在世界经济发展中大行其道，各国之间交流通道日益畅通，为经济要素其全球范围内寻求其最佳利益提供难得的机遇。跨国公司的介入，进一步削弱了国家间阻碍要素流动的种种形式。经济发展的另一值得关注的是知识经济的出现。知识经济极大地改变了原有经济的运行模式、给整个社会生活带来了巨大的变化，使人们对于时空的观念开始有了新的看法。 城市作为经济要素聚集地，其最主要的空间效应就是集聚效应。由上述变化而导致的经济要素的流动方式的转变，深刻地影响着城市的发展。要素流动范围前所未有的扩大将彻底改变城市之间的竞争模式。此时，城市竞争力的提出具有特殊的意义。 竞争作为市场经济下的主旋律。体现在各个经济主体的行为及不同层次的区域。城市竞争力是城市发展的最重要的推动力，是城市历史发展的累积结果以及城市发展潜力的体现． 本文的结构如下： 第一部分是简单介绍关于城市的相关知识，影响城市发展的几大因素，以及国内外关于城市研究的动态； 第二部分提出城市竞争力的概念，在此基础上建立城市竞争力理论模型； 第三部分就城市竞争力试图作出其理论上的解析； 第四部分在借鉴他人成果的基础上构建城市竞争力的评价体系； 第五部分针对城市竞争力的相关影响因素，着重探讨了提升城市竞争力的两大战略； 第六部分为实践部分，即案例分析。在城市竞争力分析框架下，分析了云南省安宁市的城市竞争性环境，从另一个角度审视城市竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the topics about urban competitive edge emerge in endlessly. The dissertation, which is supposed to hold some novelty, deals with this theme. The world economies are developing and forming a whole one, and multinational companies are getting their magnitude increasingly which makes them surpass the country in the aspect of power one day. Market mechanism dominates the course of world economies’ evolution, which provides economic elements scarce opportunity to realize their optimal value all over the world, in addition to intercommunication among countries becoming increasingly and smoothly. During this course, multinational companies lubricate all kinds of economic stuff flow between countries. Another focus of economic growth just is knowledge economy that remodels the old pattern, makes the whole society change to the core and people have new ideas about the space-time.The city is concentrated of people and economic activity, which brings agglomeration economies and diseconomies. So, the cluster effect is the essential one of the urban spatial effects. All of changes as discussed above result in the transformation of economic elements’ communicating mode. This influences the urban development profoundly. The model of cities’ competition will be remodeled thoroughly for the scope of where the stuff could be has been extended greatly. Therefore, it is of significance to put forward the concept of urban competitive edge.Competition is inherent on market economy, which is embodied by the activities of the rational. Urban competitive edge, which is the cumulated result and the potential of its growth, is the most important force to cities’ development.The skeletal framework in this dissertation just as follows,The first part deals with some knowledge about the city, some factors influencing the urban growth, and the last studies on the city in our country and abroad.The second one is involved in putting forward the conception of urban competitive edge, and establishing its model.The third one just relates to theoretic explanation about urban competitive edge.The fourth one contains forming an appraisal system of urban competitive edge on the base of the reference to others’ researches.The fifth one mainly deals with two strategies that promote the urban competitive edge according to some influential factors of it.The last one is consisted of a case-study, which is the application of this theory.The case analyzes the urban competitive environment of Arming, a city in Yunnan province t based on the framework of urban competitive edge, which is another point of view for that.更多还原
