基于敏捷虚拟管理思想的企业采购管理及其信息系统研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的发展,信息技术的日益推广,我们的社会正在经历着一场前所未有的信息化革命,信息的发展推动了生产方式的变革,进而促进了经济的快速发展和人类文明的进步。 中国加入WTO后,国内企业面临与国际接轨以及和跨国公司的直接竞争,要遵守世界经济游戏规则,采购活动也由国内选择、企业自主决策变成全球选择、按国际贸易和国际惯例办事,采购对供应商的关系也会有极大的变化,使得采购管理的水平成为企业核心竞争优势的重要内容。一方面,激烈的市场竞争要求企业的采购管理水平必须成为企业的核心竞争优势,而另一方面,企业的采购管理还存在许多问题。如何来解决这些问题?是摆在企业面前的任务。 敏捷虚拟管理思想是信息时代和全球化制造环境中伴随着敏捷制造和虚拟企业而产生的一种新的企业管理思想,它将敏捷制造和虚拟企业的管理思想融合在了一起,对企业进行敏捷虚拟化的管理,能够使企业对激烈多变的市场环境做出快速的反应。 本文试图用敏捷虚拟的管理思想来研究企业的采购管理,对企业原来的采购系统进行敏捷虚拟化的改造,提高企业的采购管理水平,进而提高企业的竞争力,以适应快速变化的市场环境。 论文的内容框架是:论文首先对论文的选题进行的说明,接着对传统的企业采购管理做了详细的叙述;第三部分对敏捷虚拟企业的定义、特征、优势等做了简要的说明,介绍了敏捷虚拟企业的基础构成、风险管理以及其成功的影响因素,以便来阐述敏捷虚拟的管理思想,并详细的叙述了Prodnet项目,以便从技术角度更好的理解敏捷虚拟企业;第四部分将敏捷虚拟的管理思想融入到企业的采购管理中,详细地介绍了敏捷虚拟化的企业采购管理;第五部分以云南铜业进出口公司为案例,深入地分析了其采购业务流程,对其相应的信息管理系统用敏捷虚拟管理思想进行了详细地分析与设计。 总的说来,论文将敏捷虚拟的管理思想同企业的采购管理活动结合起来,创新性的提出了敏捷虚拟化的企业采购管理,分析了其应具备的特点,并给出了系统的构建模型及具体实现的技术。

【Abstract】 With the development of science and technology and the spread of information technology, our society is going through a great informational revolution. This promoted the revolution of production modes which promoted the rapid development of economy and made human civilization progress.After China entered into the WTO, on the one hand, the native enterprises are faced with the chances of getting along well with the foreign companies and the direct competition with the multinational. On the other hand, they must comply with the economic game rules. The purchasing activities are changed from native choice and self-determination by companies into global choice and word according to the rules of international trade and international tradition. This change also changed the relationship between suppliers and purchasers. Then the purchasing management level becomes the important content of the core competitive advantage of companies. On the one hand, the furious market competition requires that the purchasing management level becomes the core competitive advantage of companies. On the other hand, there are many difficulties in the purchasing management of many companies. What are many companies faced with is how to get rid of these difficulty.With the form of the agile manufacture and the virtual enterprise in the information age and global manufacturing environment, the agile virtual enterprise management idea is also formed which made the ideas of the agile manufacture and the virtual enterprise get along well with each other. Using the agile virtual enterprise management idea into the companies can make the companies rapidly respond to the furious market changes.This thesis researches purchasing management and rebuild the traditional purchasing system using the AVEM ideas, which can improve the purchasing management level and the competition to adapt to the furious market environment.The skeletal framework of this thesis is just as follows.The first part explains theme’s selection of the thesis, and then narrates the traditional purchasing management in detail. The third part simply illuminates the AVE’s definition, characters and advantages, introduces the AVE’s basis structure,venture management and the influencing factor about the success of AVE, so as to expatiates the AVE ideas. At the same time this thesis narrates the Prodnet item in detail in order to get more information in the technologic aspect of the AVE management idea. The forth part puts the AVE management ideas into the purchasing management of a enterprise, and introduces the purchasing management in detail with the AVE management ideas. The fifth part analyses the purchasing business’s flows of the Yunnan Copper imports and exports company with using it as the case. Furthermore the fifth part analyses and designs detailedly the information system of it using the AVE management ideas.In conclusion, this thesis combines the AVE management ideas and the purchasing management activity. At the same time it brings forward the AVE purchasing management with a innovative idea, and analyses its characters, and presents the infrastructure model of the system and the material technology of it.
