基于Rough集的日光温室结构优化设计方法的研究

【摘要】 本文以日光温室为试验研究对象,基于Rough集理论对试验数据的完备化推理分析,应用结构力学等知识,根据温室载荷设计标准,分析研究了基于Rough集的日光温室结构优化设计的方法,提出了一种基于试验数据本身信息的日光温室结构优化设计的新方法。主要内容如下: 自行设计了日光温室试验模型,进行了日光温室室内的光照强度、温度的测试,建立了试验数据库。 应用Rough集理论对试验中的遗漏属性值及不确定性因素进行了完备化推理补齐,并且分析了试验中条件属性的重要性程度。 对完备化的信息表进行了比较分析,确定了影响温室性能的重要属性及其对温室性能影响的趋势。并以此为基础,提出了一种基于试验数据分析和试验条件属性重要性的日光温室结构优化的方法。 综合分析了温室的结构对采光性和保温性的影响,对温室的结构进行优化,给出了基于白银地区的温室优化模型。 对优化的温室拱架参数应用结构力学等知识进行了理论上的承载分析和校核计算,同时以减少钢材用量为目标函数,对温室结构进行了优化设计的计算并推导了优化设计计算的基本公式,实现了温室造价的降低。 本研究为设施农业的发展和农村的温室建造的规范化提供了理论依据和技术支持,并且为温室的结构优化设计寻找了一条完全基于试验数据挖掘的新方法。

【Abstract】 Taking the greenhouse as application object, based on the analysis of the test data by the theory of Rough sets, and using the theory of structure mechanics, the dissertation presents a new method of optimizing designing of greenhouses’ structures based on the rough sets theory. The research consists of such items:The research designed greenhouse models for the tests of the illumination and the air temperature inside them, and created a database for the test.Based on the theory of rough sets, the research completed the values of the miss attribute and the uncertain factor with the reasoning method. Meanwhile the research also analyzed the import degree of the term attributes.Compared and analyzed the information of the completed data, the research confirmed the important attributes of the greenhouse performance and also gave some trend-lines of them. According to that, the research put forward a new method for optimizing designing of greenhouses’ structures completely based on the analysis of the tests data and the importance of the attribute.The research synthetized greenhouse structures’ influences on the daylighting and the heat preservation. Then the research optimized the greenhouse structure, and provided a greenhouse optimized model base on the baiyin region.Using the theory of structure mechanics and other knowledge, the research analyzed and checked the bearing capacity of the model. Meanwhile based the aim of cutting down the quantity of rolled steel, the research optimized the greenhouse model’s structure, and deduced the formula of calculating. So the research reduced the cost of greenhouses.The research provided a theory foundation and technical sustain for the development of establishment agriculture and the standardization of building greenhouse in the country. Meanwhile the research gave a new method of optimizing designing of greenhouses’ structures, which completely depended on the data mining of tests.
