【摘要】 目的：1.探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的方法、临床疗效以及可能机理。2.探讨糖尿病足的发病特点，为临床治疗提供参考。 方法：1.按照糖尿病足的诊断标准、纳入标准、和排除标准，筛选、收集1998年1月至2002年12月天津中医学院第一附属医院中西医结合外科糖尿病足患者的住院病历。 2.采用糖尿病足临床调查表，记录入院时及治疗过程中各种情况。 3..对已得到的数据进行统计和分析。 结果：1.中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的治愈率明显优于其他方法，截肢率、死亡率低于其他方法。2.糖尿病足患者彩色多谱勒管壁内径等参数治疗前后相比有显著差异性（P<0.05或P<0.01），提示治疗后糖尿病足患者下肢动脉内径增大，血流量增加，最大速度加快，且以足背动脉的变化最为敏感。3.治疗后微循环管袢瘀血和管袢清晰度变化与治疗前比较有显著性差异。（P<0.01，P<0.05）而血色及血液流速无明显变化（P>0.05）。提示中西医结合治疗可改善微循环的管袢瘀血及管袢清晰度，且以改善管袢瘀血较显著。4.中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的疗效与病情程度没有明显关系(P>0.05)。 结论：中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的疗效比较可靠，可降低截肢率和死亡率，改善近期疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose 1. To discuss curative methods , mechanism and effect of diabetic foot with treatment of combination of chinese medicine and western medicine. 2. To provide reference to clinical therapy .To discuss clinical features of diabetic foot .Method 1.To choose hospitalization cases of diabetic foot in combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine chirurgery of college of traditional chinese medicine of TianJin from 1998.01 to 2002.12 according to diagnostic standard , selective standard and suppressive eliminated standard.2.To register all kinds of things while being in hospital any in course of treatment adoption clinical questionary.3.To stat and analyse the data. Result :1.The curative rate of diabetic foot is better than other method and the amputated and mortality rate is lower than other method .2.Compared pretreatment with post-treatment ,significant difference in parametes of color doppler of diabetic foot patiens. （P<0.05或P<0.01），Suggest artery of lower extremity bore of post-treatment patiens of diabetic foot enlarged ,blood flow increased, maximal velocity increased,and the changing of dorsal artery of foot is most sensitive.3. Compared post-treatment with pretreatment, significant difference in congestion of blood vessel of microcirculation and acuity of blood vessel of microcirculation（P<0.01，P<0.05）.but the color of blood and flow-rate of blood changed unsignificantly.（P>0.05） Suggest the treatment of combination of TCM and western medicine improve congestion of blood vessel of microcirculation and acuity of<WP=6>blood vessel of microcirculation,and congestion of blood vessel is most significant.4.Curative effect of diabetic foot with combination of chinese medicine and western medicine do not have obvious change with degree of ill.(P>0.05).Conclusion:Curative effect of diabetic foot with combination of chinese medicine and western medicine treatment is credible and can bring down amputated and mortality rate and improve recent-dated curative effect.更多还原
