【摘要】 目的：观察中药脂肝清对高脂血症性脂肪肝大鼠和急性脂肪肝小鼠模型的影响，探讨其作用机制。方法：灌喂大鼠高脂饮食复制高脂血症性脂肪肝大鼠模型，腹腔注射地塞米松的同时灌喂高脂饮食复制小鼠急性脂肪肝模型，应用高、中、低剂量脂肝清对其进行预防和治疗，并与中药脂必妥，西药辛伐他汀阳性药作对照，观察血糖、血清脂质、肝脏脂质、肝脏病理形态学等指标，并进行组间比较。结果：(1)中药脂肝清可以降低高脂血症性脂肪肝大鼠升高的血糖，升高急性脂肪肝小鼠降低的血糖，似有双向调节血糖作用。（2）可以降低急性脂肪肝小鼠肝指数。（3）降低两种模型鼠的血清TG、TC，升高HDL，降低血脂。（4）降低两种模型鼠肝脏TG、TC，具有抗脂肪肝作用。（5）一定程度上改善脂肪肝鼠的肝脏病理形态学。脂肪肝的发病机理概括为肝失疏泄，湿热脂浊蕴结，瘀血阻络，属于本虚标实，中药脂肝清的药物组成为炙首乌、草决明、醋柴胡、干荷叶、淡泽泻、片姜黄、丹参，具有补虚、疏肝、活血、祛湿、排浊作用。实验证明，中药脂肝清对脂肪肝的很多指标均有改善作用，对脂肪肝伴有血脂升高的患者有治疗前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Zhi Gan Qing Chinese drugs on treating fatty liver rats with hyperlipemia and acute fatty liver mouses models and explore the mechanism of them. Method: Fatty liver rats with hyperlipemia model was induced by feeding the rats high fat diet, and acute fatty liver mouses model was produced by injecting Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate injection in the animals’ abdomen and feeding mouse high fat diet at one time. Then the models were prevented and treated with high dosage, medium dosage and low dosage of Zhi Gan Qing Chinese drugs respectively contrasting with Chinese traditional medicine Zhi Bi Tuo and Western medicine Simvastatin tablets. The index of blood sugar, blood serum grease, liver grease, liver pathology was observed and compared between each group. Results: (1) Zhi Gan Qing Chinese drugs lowered high blood sugar of fatty liver rats with hyperlipemia model, and heighened low blood sugar of acute fatty liver mouses model. Zhi Gan Qing Chinese drugs adjusted blood sugar balancely. (2) Zhi Gan Qing lowered index of liver of acute fatty liver mouses. (3) Zhi Gan Qing lowered the two models total cholesterin, triglyceride in blood, and heighened high density lipoprotein, lowered lipid in serum. (4) Zhi Gan Qing lowered the two models total cholesterin, triglyceride in liver, and prevented fatty liver. (5) Zhi Gan Qing improved pathologic changes in liver to a degree.更多还原
