基于静载试验的梁桥结构损伤系统识别研究

【摘要】 受外界环境的长期作用,同时由于原设计以及施工等方面的原始缺陷,钢筋混凝土桥梁往往存在结构病害与损伤。这些结构病害与损伤的产生与发展影响了桥梁的结构性能和使用功能,甚至危及到了桥梁的结构安全。对桥梁进行科学的结构病害检测与损伤评价、了解桥梁真实的结构工作状况,是合理利用病害桥梁和进行病害桥梁加固与维修、以及防止重大桥梁结构事故的前提与依据,对桥梁结构病害检测与损伤评价的研究逐渐成为桥梁领域研究的热点。 当前桥梁结构病害检测与评价有基于表观病害检测、静动载试验成果等很多的方法体系。本论文在已有研究成果的基础上,对基于混凝土梁桥静载试验数据,运用系统识别原理,通过识别钢筋混凝土梁分段的抗弯刚度,进而实现梁桥结构损伤识别与其结构性能评价的方法体系进行了较为系统的研究,并对具体的工程实例梁进行了结构损伤识别与性能评价,得到了一些有益的结论。 1、综述了当前混凝土桥梁结构检测及损伤识别的各种方法体系,并简要评价了各方法体系的应用与不足; 2、论述了基于静载试验的梁分段刚度系统识别的基本原理,编制了实现程序,并进行了数值算例分析,提出基于本原理的梁桥结构损伤识别与结构评价方法体系; 3、阐述了钢筋混凝土梁截面抗弯刚度全过程分析的基本原理和方法步骤,编制了实现程序,并进行了相关算例分析; 4、结合两片工程实例梁的静载试验,详述了梁桥结构损伤识别与结构评价方法的应用过程,得到了预期的效果。理论分析与工程实例,都证明了本文的梁桥结构损伤识别及其评价方法体系的合理性与可行性;
【Abstract】 Due to the design and construction originality error and the long influence of the environment to the structures, the reinforced concrete bridge structures always have some structure disease and damage. These structure disease and damage’s happening and evolution will affect the structure capability and the normal use of the bridge structures in the service time. Especially, These structure disease and damage will affect the safety of the bridge structures. Scientific structure disease examination and structure damage identification to bridge and gaining actual structure work status of the bridge are precondition and foundation of right using, reinforce and maintain bridge which has some structure disease. These works can also prevent the bridge casualty. Study of bridge structure disease examination and structure damage evaluation become the focus in bridge area.Currently, the method of bridge structure disease examination and structure damage evaluation mainly bases on apparent examination and Static-state or dynamic load test, In this paper, based on the previous study result, the systemic research on a new method of beam system bridge structure damage identification and evaluation is being carried out, which is realized base on the segment flexural rigidity of reinforced concrete beam which is gained by using the theory of system identification and the result of Static-state load test. Structure damage identification and evaluation of the practical project is being made, and some useful conclusion is get.1. The method of bridge structure disease examination and structure damage evaluation is reviewed; its application and limitation are discussed briefly.2. The basic theory of system identification of the beam segment flexural rigidity basedon the result of Static-state load test is demonstrated, the realization program is worked out and the academic example is analyzed. The method of bridge structure disease examination and structure damage evaluation based on this theory is carried out.3. The basic theory and step of whole process analysis of reinforced concrete beam section flexural rigidity is stated, the realization program is worked out and theacademic example is analyzed.4. Based on the Static-state load test result of two practical projects, the application of the reinforced concrete beam system bridge structure disease examination and structure damage evaluation method is stated, and satisfaction result is gained. Theory analysis and practical project prove that the method of the reinforced concrete beam system bridge structure disease examination and structure damage evaluation is reasonable and viable.
