【摘要】 本试验以黄褐油葫芦为研究对象，通过对其营养成分及其与发育阶段相关性的研究，提出了黄褐油葫芦做为资源昆虫，其营养成分的含量及获取最佳营养的虫态或发育阶段。为其有效开发和利用提供了确凿的科学依据。试验根据黄褐油葫芦的个体发育过程，选取卵、1龄、3龄、5龄、7龄、9龄若虫、羽化3日的雌、雄成虫和羽化10日的雌、雄成虫10个发育阶段，分别测定其虫体所含的营养成分和化学物质。试验结果如下：黄褐油葫芦不同发育阶段的虫体鲜重蛋白含量平均为15.92％，富含18种氨基酸，必需氨基酸的含量达45.56％，有2种限制性氨基酸；脂肪平均含量为5.40％，属于高蛋白低脂肪的昆虫，含有7种主要的脂肪酸，不饱和脂肪酸达57.3％，其中亚油酸的含量高达25.47％；含糖量为1.76％；水分含量为70.34％；灰分含量为2.59％；含有Ca、P、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Cr、Mn 8种微量元素，其中Ca、Fe、Zn的含量较高，分别为1164ug/g、320.3ug/g和107.9ug/g；虫体富含维生素，其中V_A含量为436.03ug/100g，V_B2为0.34mg/100g，Vc为1.22mg/100g；虫体含有抗氧化、清除自由基的酶，包括过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶，酶活力分别为1.694U/g、9.195U/g和231.7U/g。蛋白质含量在若虫和成虫期与发育阶段呈正相关，除胱氨酸外17种氨基酸含量在若虫期与发育阶段呈正相关，脂肪、脂肪酸、脂肪酸中软脂酸和油酸、V_B2、V_C的含量及过氧化氢酶活力与发育阶段呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study has been conducted on nutrient of Teleogryllus derelictus Gorochov and the correlation between nutrient and growth stage of Teleogryllus derelictus Gorochov in ordet to put up with exact science basis. Nutrient and some chemical substance of Teleogryllus derelictus Gorochov have been measured from 1 instars,3 instars,5 instars, 7 instars, 9 instars, adult of 3 days after emergence and adult of 10 days after emergence. The result as follows: The average content of protein of the different growth stages of Teleogryllus derelictus Gorochov amounts to 15.92%. It contains 18 kinds of amino acids which include 8 kinds of essential amino acids of which the content is 45.56%. It has two kinds of limiting amino acids. The fat content is 5.40%, of which unsaturated fat acids up to 57.3% and linoleic acid 25.47%. Teleogryllus derelictus Gorochov also contain 8 kinds of trace element and the higher content of Ca,Fe and Zn among them is 1164μg/g, 320.3 μg/g and 107.9μg/g respectively. Three kinds of vitamin are detected .The content of VA amouns to 436.03 μ g/l00g, V_B.034 μ g/l00g and V_C1.22 μ g/l00g.There are three kinds of antoxidant enzyme in Teleogryllus derelictus Gorochov . The activity of peroxidase is 1.694 U/g,catalase 9.195 U/g and superoxide dismutaase 231.7 U/g. There are active correlation between protein content and the growth stage of Teleogryllus derelictus Gorochov during its larvae and adult peiod. There are active correlation between the content of amino acids except cystine during larvae period. There are active correlation between the content of fat , total fatty acid, palmitoleic acid , Oleic acid ,Ve2,Vc and the activity of catalase and the total growth stage of it.更多还原
