无甲醛耐久阻燃剂的制备及应用工艺研究

【摘要】 本文利用国产原料,设计合成了一种适用于纤维素纤维的新一代阻燃剂QFR-299。该阻燃剂以甲基磷酸二甲酯(DMMP)、五氧化二磷和乙二醇等为主要原料,目标产物不含游离甲醛,可以借助于交联剂与纤维发生交联,使阻燃效果具有耐久性。探索了合成工艺,研究了应用工艺,取得了满意的效果。 阻燃剂QFR-299是一种澄清、略带黄色的粘性液体,密度为1570g/l,粘度2.6pa.s,酸度值0.6mgKOH/g,羟基数是109mgKOH/g,含磷量为19.5%,含固量为79%。 对阻燃剂QFR-299的结构、物性和化学性能等分别做了分析,并详细研究了其对棉织物的整理工艺,采用正交分析的方法得出了最佳工艺处方。对纯棉织物以QFR-299为阻燃剂,多元羧酸为交联剂,次亚磷酸钠为催化剂,用正交试验所得最佳处方进行阻燃整理,发现当阻燃剂用量为450g/l,交联剂用量为100g/l,催化剂用量为30g/l,焙烘时间为180℃、3min时,损毁长度为12cm以下,氧指数为28以上,同时,撕破强力下降50%左右,断裂强度下降35%左右。 阻燃效果基本符合耐久性测试标准。水洗30次后损毁长度为18.8cm,氧指数为27.0。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a new non-formaldehyde permanent flame-retardant agent named QFR-299 used on cotton fabrics was designed and synthesized. The reactants were DMMP, P2O5 and HOCH2CH2OH. The product was a pale yellowish liquid ( aqueous solution with 79% solid) , with a density of 1570g/l, a viscosity of 2.6pa.s, an acid number of 0.6mgKOH/g, a hydroxyl number of 109mgKOH/g and a phosphorus content of 19.5%.We also studied chemical structure and physical performance of QFR-299, and found the best craft by analysis method. Content of flame-retardant agent was 450g/l, content of cross-linking agent was 100g/l, content of catalyst was 30g/l, and curing temperature was 180C, time was 3min.The combustion mechanism of cotton fabrics and mechanism of organic phosphorus flame-retardant agents were studied and discussed in detailed.By the best craft, the flame-retardant finishing results were as follows. Carbonized length was about 11cm, index of oxygen was more than 28, but with a greater loss of strength, the loss of tearing strength was about 50% and the loss of breaking strength was about 35%.The finishing result was fairly permanent. After washing 30 times, carbonized length was about 18.8cm, index of oxygen was more than 27.0.
