材料的粘弹性对摩擦片振动与制动噪声的影响研究

【摘要】 为完成省基金项目的部分任务,本文在查阅大量国内外文献的基础上,以盘式制动器摩擦片为对象,探讨了材料的粘弹性对摩擦片的振动与制动噪声的影响,并达到预期目标。为阻尼技术在制动器减振降噪方面的应用提供了理论依据和研究方法。 本文主要做了以下工作:(1)以盘式制动器为研究对象,在粘弹性振动理论的基础上建立了摩擦片的振动微分方程,经过分析得到材料的粘弹性与振动和噪声之间的参数关系。从理论上证明了材料的粘弹性是影响振动与制动噪声的重要因素;(2)建立了粘弹材料盘式制动器摩擦片振动的有限元模型,并模拟实际工况,利用Ansys软件对不同粘弹性的摩擦片进行模态分析。对模态参数进行对比分析后结果表明,粘弹材料的阻尼损耗因子是影响摩擦片振动幅值、模态频率、振动能量的重要因素,说明阻尼技术在制动器减振降噪的应用是可行的;(3)在定速摩擦实验机上,采用先进的摩擦振动与噪声实验方法,以自行研制的片状增强盘式制动器摩擦片为对象,对不同粘弹性的摩擦片进行对比实验,并从噪声的声压级、噪声频谱、振动与噪声的自功率谱以及部分幅域参数等方面进行分析。结果表明增大材料的粘弹性可以减小噪声的声压级,有效抑制高频噪声的产生,这与模态分析结果是一致的,表明增大材料的粘弹性是摩擦片减振降噪的有效途径。
【Abstract】 In order to finish part of natural science fund of province project, based on reading the literature extensively and analyzing them theoretically, the influence of friction material viscoelasticity on disc brake-shoe’s vibration and braking noise has been discussed in this thesis and the anticipative goal has been achieved. It involves a wide variety of fields, and it brings forth new ideas and reaches certain depth. This provides the theoretical basis and research methods for the application of damping technology on reducing the vibration and braking noise .The following has been finished. First, the vibration differential equation of disc brake-shoe is established on the basis of viscoelasticity vibration theory. By analyzing, the relationship between material and brake-shoe’s vibration including braking noise is concluded. It is proved theoretically that the viscoel- asticity is an important factor which influences the vibration and braking noise.Second, with the actual working conditions simulated, the finite element vibration model of disc brake-shoe is established. And the vibration of brake-shoes in different viscoelasticity materials are analyzed by ANSYS. It is proved that the damp dissipation factor of viscoelastic material is an important factor influencing on brake-shoe’s vibration amplitude, model frequency and vibration energy. This indicates that the application of damp technology in reducing braking vibration and noise is feasible.The third, contrast experiment has been done on home-made flake reinforced disc brake-shoe in different viscoelasticity employing advanced automobile friction vibration and noise experiment method on constant speed friction experiment machine. By analyzing the results of sound pressure level, noise spectrum, vibration and noise’s auto power Spectrum and amplitude-domain analysis, It is concluded that increasing viscoelasticity can reduce sound pressure level and restrain high-frequency noise effectively. This is accordant with the result of model analysis, and it indicated that increasing viscoelasticity is an effective method on reducing braking vibration and noise.
