【摘要】 文化环节是现代化研究的重要向度。儒家伦理文化是我国文化体系中的重要传统之一。伦理文化的现代化是整个现代化体系的一个重要方面。如何从理论和实践层面研究和把握现代化进程中儒家伦理文化在中西矛盾、现代与传统矛盾中的运动和走向，是历史与现实赋予学术界的重大课题。 本文认为由于生存基础和传承机制的缺失，儒家伦理文化作为一个整体对现时代的积极推动力已经失去，要从阻滞力变为驱动力，必须经历深刻、根本性的转型或重建。因此试图在对传统儒家伦理整体考察的基础上，通过和西方近现代伦理文化发展进程、相关特点、主要影响的比较，立足于当代我国社会的基本现实，把握社会结构变化的趋势，进而基于整个社会结构的变化和文化存在状态的连带关系探讨性的提出儒家伦理文化现代化变迁的可能样式，以及这种现代化可能实现的途径和方法。主要是打破以血亲情理作为伦理规范体系的基础，大力发展市场经济，建立以理性认知和普世文化人格为基点的道德理性；以及改造自身道德形态，寻找一个结合古典与现代的内在视点，充分体现对话与宽容的辩证法精神，重新整理现阶段我国伦理文化发展的逻辑顺序两个方面。 本文运用综合整体的方法，分别从儒家伦理文化体系的基础(血亲情理)和道德形态(“德性的道德”)两方面把握儒家伦理文化的整体特点，笔者认为一是这两个方面是儒家伦理文化中对于中国向现代化转型最具有整体意义、最具阻碍性的因素，二是这两个方面在当今中国的现实社会中仍然有着深刻的影响，并与市场经济形成了尖锐的冲突。新时期中国伦理文化改造、建设中存在的问题大多根源于此。 本文还运用了比较研究的方法，希望借助另一个文化的资源，以及它的观念、理论架构来帮助我们了解所面临的困难和出路。 谈论社会文化问题，是一个将人类学、社会学、心理学、政治学、经济学、伦理学等多门学科知识进行组合、协调但又保持其相对独立的过程。本文在此科际整合方面作了不懈的努力。 本文最后还对一些问题作了必要的说明，包括：儒家伦理文化现代化发展研究——儒家伦理文化与现代化的关系研究两个概念的联系和区别；对儒家伦理文化的早熟性及积极因素的看法；儒家伦理文化与社会主义主流文化的关系；文化转型的客观限度等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Culture link is an important angle for the study of modernization. Ethics culture of the Confucian school is one of the essential traditions in Chinese culture system. The modernization of ethics culture is one of the important respects in the whole modernization system. Thus, both history and reality bring out the academic field a great topic: how to do research on the movements and tendencies of ethics culture of the Confucian school in the contradiction between China and Occident and that between modern and tradition in the way of modernization.This article states that ethics culture of the Confucian school, as a whole, has lost its status of a positive force for modernization because of the lack of existing foundation and mechanism of passing on. When it changes from the force of drive to that of obstruction, it has to experience profound and fundamental transformation or reconstruction. Thus based on a research of the traditional ethics culture of the Confucian school as a whole, a comparison with the development, characteristics, influences of the development of contemporary ethics culture of the Occident and a survey of the relationship between the change of the whole social structure and the culture’s existing state, it points out a possible paradigm of changes of ethics culture of the Confucian school in the modern times and some ways and methods in which these changes can happen. Firstly, we should no longer take blood ties and sense as the foundation of ethics system but develop market economy vigorously and thus set up a moral rationality based on rational cognition and common culture personality. Then we should reform our moral modality and find a way to connect classics and modernization, reflect the dialectics spirit between communication and tolerance and rearrange the logical order of the development of China’s ethics culture in the contemporary times.This article employs a synthetical and integrational method. It views ethics culture of the Confucian school as an organic whole from both the base of its system( blood ties and sense ) and morality (morality of virtue). The author believes those two factors of ethics culture of the Confucian school are of great importance to China’s transformation to modernization and that these two factors still have a profound effect on China’s current society and have a sharp conflict with market economy. Many problems of the reform and reconstruction of China’s ethics culture in the new period result from them.This article also employs a comparative approach. It tries to make use of another cultural resource and its concept and theory to help us understand both the difficulties and the ways out.The issue of social culture always has a close connection with anthropology, sociology, psychology, political science, economics, ethics and many other sciences, but it still remains to be an independent subject. The author makes great efforts in the subjects’ integration.In the end, this article also gives some necessary explanations, including the research on the modernization of ethics culture of the Confucian school梩he relationship and differences between ethics culture of the Confucian school and modernization, some viewpoints on the nature of precocity and positive factors of ethics culture of the Confucian school, the relationship between ethics culture of the Confucian school and the mainstream socialist culture, and the limitation for cultural transformation.更多还原
