多FBG传感器解调新方法的计算机信息处理系统的研究

【摘要】 FBG传感器是目前光纤光栅传感领域的研究热点之一,其被广泛应用于大型复合材料和混凝土的结构监测,智能材料的性能监测,电力工业,医药和化工等领域。FBG的解调技术是当前FBG传感技术研究领域的重点和难点之一,目前国内不少部门和研究单位对其解调技术进行了很多研究,但是大多数处于实验室研究阶段,离实用化,工程化,产品化的标准还有相当距离。 本文设计了一种高精度、光能利用率高、价格低廉、操作简便、实时显示检测目标参数变化的适合工程应用的分布式光纤多FBG传感器波长解调系统。该系统采用可调谐光纤Fabry-Perot滤波法对FBG波长变化进行解调,通过A/D转换电路的调谐控制信号和波长变化的信号送入高速采样卡,经过计算机信息处理系统的滤波,分析,处理,可得到相应被测参量的变化。 本文首先从理论上分析设计了该解调方案的可行性及可以达到的性能指标,对方案的设计进行详细论述,然后通过自己开发的解调软件系统对系统的分辨率进行了实验验证,分析了系统的性能,在对实验结果的分析基础上提出改进系统性能的方案。 本文所做的主要工作: 一.在前人研究的基础上,设计了一整套分布式FBG传感解调系统,搭建了整个分布式FBG解调系统的实验装置系统,分别设计了使用8位和16位采样卡进行数据接受和处理的软件系统,并对采样得到的数据进行分析和处理。 二.在对实验数据的采集和分析的基础上改进系统软件的功能,使用8位采样卡验证了系统设计的可行性。使用16位采样卡测试了系统对温度和应变这两个物理量测试的分辨率,并验证了系统的分布式解调功能。 三.分析了系统的理论性能指标和实际所得到的实验数据存在误差的系统因素及系统解调方案的改进方法。
【Abstract】 FBG sensor is one of the current heat research fields in the optical fiber grating sensoring technique fields. It is widely applied in many fields such as the structure monitoring of the large compound material and the concrete, the performance monitoring of the intelligent materials, electric power industry, medicine, chemical engineering etc. The demodulation technique of the FBG is currently a critical and difficult problem in nowadays FBG sensoririg technique fields. Although a large number of researchers in domestic research units have been doing a lot of research and investigations on the demodulation methods of FBG, most of the researches are still in the phase of lab experiments and have not yet met the requirements of the practical industrial mass productions.In this paper, a high-resolution, cheap, easy-to-operate, distributed FBG wavelength demodulation system is presented. This system can meet the requirements of the practical industrial applications and display the real-time changes of measurands. In this system, a tunable fiber Fabry-Perot(F-P) filter is used to detect the changes of the wavelengths of the FBGs, then both the tunable control signal and the signal indicating the changes of the wavelength transmitted by an A/D electric transmission circuit are input into a high speed sampling card. The corresponding changes of the measurands can be obtained by filtering, analysising and processing the experimental data by using the computer information process system.Firstly, this paper deals with the theoretical feasibility of the demodulation scheme and its performance and then clarifies the scheme in details. Secondly, experiments are performed to testify the resolution of the system and analysis of the results is made. Finally, approach to improve the performance of the system is put forwards based on the analysis of the experimental results. The following work has been done in this paper:l.have put forward an integrated distributed FBG sensoring demodulation system and have settled the whole set of equipments and experimental devices of the system. Software corresponding to a 8-byte and a 16-byte sampling card have been developed respectively. The main functions of the software include collection and process of the data, analysis can also be made by using the software.2.Based on the collection and analysis of the experimental results, thesoftware system has been improved and an 8-byte sampling card is applied to testify the feasibility of the designed system. The system resolutions of the two measurands-temperature and strain-have been obtained by using a 16-byte sampling card. The distributed demodulation function is also testified.3. Have analyzed the possible factors causing errors between the theoretical performance and the actual data and an approach to improved the demodulation scheme is proposed.
