【摘要】 管理信息系统(MiS—Management Information System)是近30年发展起来的一门综合性应用技术，现在MIS已经广泛应用到各个领域，随着计算机网络技术，特别是微机LAN技术的发展，为提高科学管理的水平发挥了巨大的作用。 在开发本系统的过程中，作者深入的了解了船务公司的基本业务类型，和数据处理流程，研究了开发管理信息系统的技术方法，并且提出了基于Windows NT平台下开发船舶管理信息系统的设计方案。本课题主要工作是实现对船舶机务和船员的科学化管理。开发基于局域网基础上，并将船舶机务及其他管理人员联成一体的机务管理信息系统，是实现机务管理科学化、现代化的有效手段。 本课题是在WindowsNT／2000操作平台上进行的，以Visual C++，SQL Server2000为开发环境，采用广泛使用的ODBC技术作为应用程序和数据库之间的接口，开发的适用于船务公司日常基本业务的应用系统。本系统具有开发周期短，系统便于维护和升级方便等优点。为了使岸基系统和船载系统的数据库保持数据同步，在SQL Server2000中，将更新了的数据库信息生成数据文件。定时或者不定时的发送到另一端。然后再导入到待更新的数据库中，使两端的数据库信息保持一致，实现船岸数据同步。 本系统实现了船务公司的基本业务管理，达到了预期的目的。岸基系统方便了船务公司管理员控制船务公司所属的船舶、以及和船舶之间的各种业务联系。船载系统方便了船舶端管理本船的事务。而且船舶端向公司端提交每天的工作量。便于船务公司实时了解所属各船舶的现状。而且可以接收到公司端分发的各项计划或者任务。 本文最后，在对全文内容进行系统的总结之后，指出了下一步要做的工作。系统的稳定性、可靠性在实际应用中需要进一步的检测，很多功能还有待于进一步的完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Management Information System is a synthetically applied technology that developed from 30 years ago. Now MIS has applied in various fields extensively. With developed of computer network, especially computer LAN, MIS has brought huge action into play.During the time of developing this system, the elementary operation of the ship company and the working procedure was invested. The technology method of developing the MIS was studied and the method of ship MIS was designed on the platform of Windows NT. This project mainly realized scientific management for marine engineering and ship officers. It is the valid means to realize the science and modem of ship operation on the based of LAN.Based on the platform of WindowsNT/2000, by using of Visual C++ and SQL Server2000 and ODBC technology as the connection of application program and database, this project has developed the applying system for the daily basic operation of Ship Company. This project has many virtue, such as the little tune of developed, the convenient maintenance and upgrade. In order to keep data-synchronization for the database of company and ship, data file has been created from renewed database information in SQL Server2000. Then the data file will be sent to the database waiting for renewed. Like this, the database information of company and ship will keep consistent and data- synchronization.This system has realized the basic operation management of Ship Company, and has arrived at the aim expected. Company system provides the convenience for Ship Company to control the ships and the relations of ship and company. Ship system provides the convenience for the ship to manage this ship’s affair. At the same time, the ship sends every day’s work records to company. So the ship company could learn every ship’s condition and receive the plan and task sent by company.At the end of this file, after summary for the whole content, it points out the next work.
