大型带式输送机驱动滚筒的有限元分析及CAI

【摘要】 滚筒是带式输送机的主要部件,承担着输送机的动力传递及胶带的改向等作用。随着带式输送机的发展,对滚筒提出越来越高的要求。对于大型带式输送机,胶带强度越高,所要求的滚筒的直径也越大。目前企业标准鲁Q\QD439-80中,胶带强度最大为6000N/mm,但在我国的滚筒直径系列标准中最大的直径为1600mm,不能满足需求。滚筒设计的关键是精确地计算出滚筒各个部位的受力情况,特别是焊缝的受力大小。采用粗略的简化计算法及类比法或者用板壳理论等方法对滚筒进行强度分析,计算结果不是很精确,应力的细微变化也很难描述清楚。 本课题主要是为适应高强度皮带的要求,对直径为1600mm以上的大型带式输送机滚筒进行设计,然后用ANSYS软件建模,进行网格划分,对其所受的应力进行有限元分析,找到应力集中点并对其结构进行改造,设计出受力合理的滚筒。据有关资料统计,在常规产品设计过程中,图上作业时间约占总设计时间的一半左右。因此,为了提高滚筒的设计效率,本课题主要是基于AutoCAD2000平台,在Object ARX2000和Visual C++6.0开发环境中,采用面向对象技术的设计方法,在微机上实现滚筒总图和零件图的自动绘制。
【Abstract】 The drum is the main components of the conveyor belts. It is used to transfer the power of the conveyor and change the direction of the belts. With the developing of the conveyor belts, the drum is demanded more and more. For the good-sized conveyor belts, the higher the intensity of the belt is, the larger the diameter of the demanded drum is. Now in the corporation criterion LU QXQD439-80, the highest intensity is 6000 Newton per millimeter, but the largest diameter in the diameter criterion in our country is 1600 millimeter that can’ t meet the demand. The key of the drum design is to calculate accurately the instance of the drum, especially the magnitude of the force in welding line. When analyzing the intensity of the drum with the simple numeration and the analogism or the shell theory, the calculative result is not very precise and it’ s difficult to describe the nice change of the stress distinctly.To meet the demand for the high intensity belts, the paper is to design the drum whose diameter is above 1600 millimeter. Then modeling, carving up the net, analyzing the stress with the finite element method and finding the focus points of the stress and rebuilding the structure, so that we can design a reasonable drum under the force. According to some information, during designing the routine product, the time using to plotting is the half of the total time. In order to enhance the design efficiency, the paper is basedon AutoCAD2000 and uses the oriented-object design technology in ObjectARX2000 and Visual C++6. 0. Finally, it makes the automatic drawing of the fitting draw and part draw in computer come true.
