利用PSTN组网的远程分布式三给智能监测系统

【摘要】 远程分布式监测系统有多种形式,其中,距离在几十公里或更远,监测点相对集中的模式是很常见的。典型的监测系统如地震监测网、水文监测网、石油监测网、水电气三表合一的自动抄表系统等。此类系统扩大了监测范围,能将较远范围的多个点的信息实时地汇总起来,为快速、高效的决策提供了必要的数据。目前,监测系统多采用专用信道(如光纤、无线网等)以及专用的工业控制微机完成这一任务,成本高。本文针对现场的需求,利用无处不在的公用电话交换网,作为传输通道,创新性地设计了远程分布式三级监测系统。在监测现场,考虑到监测点的数量多及距离在100米以上,采用了基于RS-485的现场总线组成第一级智能监测系统,该系统由智能化传感器与监测仪组成。在现场为了进一步处理数据,采用PC机作为上位机进一步数据处理,组成第二级智能监测系统,它的功能完成显示打印,归档,供本地有关部门作为分析依据。 通过现场通信单元、modem与PSTN的连接又组成了更高一级的监测系统。在监测中心设有中心PC通过modem将分布在现场监测仪连接起来。将现场有关的监测数据汇集在中心。进行进一步数据处理。 在本文中介绍了三级系统的设计,特别是对各个传输环节的硬件实现及软件编程进行了详细的介绍。在整个系统中,数据传输为串行传输方式。由于这一系统的实用性,已经为有关部门采用,正在准备进行工业化试验及投入正式使用。作者对该系统有关部分进行编程、调试、完成了PCB板的制作,证明方案是正确的可行的,对同类的监测系统有借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 Long-distance distributed monitoring system have many ways, and the using modes of distance in tens kilometers or farther than this are very common. Typical monitoring systems are earthquake monitoring system, hydrographic monitoring system, oil monitoring system, autoreading system of water meter, watt-hour meter and gas meter in one and so on. At present, most of monitoring system is constituted by special transmitting systems such as fiber, radio net and special control computers. The author innovates and designs long-distance distributed three level monitoring system in the paper by using PSTN as channel according to require. At monitoring field RS-485 bus is used as the first level monitoring system because of multislaver and distance as far as 100m. The part is constituted by smart sensors and monitoring instrument. In order to dispose data at monitoring field; PC is adopted as local master, which constructs the second level monitoring system. Its function is data processing, and this data are useful for local relative departmentThe third level monitoring system is composed of communication unit, modem and PSTN. Central PC locates at monitoring center, linking all monitoring instruments by modem and gathering all data in central PC for further processing.The paper presents the design of the three level systems, and especially introduces realization of hardware and software of different parts in detail. Because of practicability of the system, relative department has accepted it. The author is preparing for industry trial and using in due form. The author programs, does experiments and draws the PCB. It is proved that the scheme is right and feasible, and can be used for reference for congener use.
