大型机组轴承负荷异常诊断及其Internet调用方法研究

【摘要】 本文分析了汽轮发电机组轴系的动力特性,建立了大型汽轮发电机组轴承负荷分配计算的矩阵方程,该方程可用于计算轴承的负荷,并用实例说明了求解方法,该方程可推广到求解多支承转子—轴承系统的轴承负荷分配,对200MW机组、300MW机组、600MW机组进行了分析计算,结果表明理论计算和实际情况一致。讨论了轴承负荷敏感度计算方法和标高敏感度计算方法,建立了轴承负荷敏感度矩阵和标高敏感度矩阵,该方程可推广到求解多支承转子—轴承系统的轴承负荷敏感度和标高敏感度,利用该负荷敏感度矩阵和标高敏感度矩阵对轴承负荷分析所得的结论与实际情况一致。编写了轴承负荷计算和轴承负荷敏感度计算程序,论述了基于网络的异地调用的思想及理论方法,实现了基于网络的异地调用。研制了多支承转子-轴承系统试验台,并进行了多支承转子—轴承系统负荷试验。试验结果表明:该方法满足工程测试要求,能实时测试各支承负荷及其变化,可运用于现场进行汽轮发电机组轴承负荷在线监测。测得了各支承负荷特性、轴的转速、轴承座振动、轴的振动、轴心轨迹等数据信号,综合分析了信号特征,判定为严重碰摩故障,与停机检查实际情况相当吻合。
【Abstract】 In this paper, dynamic characteristics of Turbine-Generator rotor system were analyzed. The matrix equation of bearing load distribution in large turbo-generator sets were educed using a transfer matrix method. Its solving methods were introduced by examples. The equation may be used for calculating bearing loads. The equation can solve bearing load distribution in multi-support rotor-bearing system by generalizing. 200MW generator set, 300MW generator set and 600MW generator set were analyzed and computed. The results indicate that the values of numerical calculation have a good agreement with known performances. The calculating methods in load sensitivity and elevation sensitivity were discussed. Load sensitivity matrix and elevation sensitivity matrix were educed. The equation can solve bearing load sensitivity and elevation sensitivity in multi-support rotor-bearing system by generalizing. The results of utilizing these equations to analyze bearing loads agree with known performances. The codes were programmed to calculate bearing load and bearing load sensitivity. The thoughts and methods of acquiring remote distributed knowledge based on network are elucidated. Remote procedure calls based on the Internet were realized. Load test set in multi-support rotor-bearing system was developed, and bearing load tests in multi-support rotor-bearing system were given. The test results showed, that the test method accorded with the requests in engineering tests, that bearing vertical and horizontal loads can be tested in real-time. Loads for every bearing, rotary speed, bearing saddle vibration, shaft vibration, orbit of shaft center, were measured. Severely rubbing fault was diagnosed by comprehensively analyzing these signals. The diagnosis results have a good agreement with situation.
