化工过程视景仿真的研究

【摘要】 计算机图形技术是一个十分热门的研究方向,将其应用于仿真系统中,使计算机图形技术与仿真技术相结合,是当前极具发展前景的应用领域。因此,本课题的研究开发,对化工企业的安全、高效生产及人员培训等具有重大意义。 本文在对化工过程这一复杂系统的特点进行认真分析的基础上,对应用OpenGL实现化工过程视景仿真进行了深入系统的研究。本文首先阐述了化工过程视景仿真及OpenGL的基本概念;其次,提出了利用面向对象的分析和设计方法,建立仿真中化工设备的数学模型,通过类的继承性,实现设备数学模型的类层次结构。第三,深入研究了利用OpenGL实现三维化工场景真实感图形的显示方法;第四,以燃烧炉为对象开发了交互式的视景仿真软件。 本程序是在微机Windows2000操作系统下,以VisualC++作为开发平台链接OpcnGL这个可视化图形包来实现的,界面设计简单、直观,使用方便,易修改、易扩充。为进一步实现复杂的化工过程视景仿真提供了思路和模型。

【Abstract】 Study of computer graphics technology is in great remand. Recently it is the quite prospective application domain that incorporation the computer graphics technology with simulation technology. Hence, the subject of the application of the computer graphics technology in the chemical process visual simulation is novel. It is meaningful for improving the security, productivity and employee training of the chemical enterprises.The paper has delved into the chemical process visual simulation using OpenGL based on the deliberately analyzing the complicated chemical process. The main accomplishments can be summarized as follows. (1) expounding the basic concept of utilizing the computer graphics technology to realize the visual display of the chemical process, namely visual simulation; (2) raising to establish math model of simulation chemical devices with the methods of OOP and OOD and realizing the class hierarchy architecture of device math model through class inheritance; (3) researching the display methods of realizing 3D chemical scene with OpenGL. Lastly, developing the visual simulation software about combustion ovens.Under windows2000, the software was programmed with Visual C++ OpenGL graphic package, It is convenient for use and easy to modifying and expanding. It provides thought and model for further realizing the visual simulation of the complicated chemical process.
