【摘要】 本论文的主要研究对象是螺旋装煤机式水平煤仓中的关键部件—螺旋装煤机，论文研究了装煤机有关装煤量的一些关键参数。首先，从理论上分析了螺旋装煤机的装煤机理，确定了影响装煤量的关键参数，并给出了装煤机的装煤量公式、螺旋杆的最低和最高转速、循环系数的计算方法；接着，在此理论基础上，编制了装煤机的参数分析和优化软件，该软件实现了煤仓的动态演示功能，螺旋升角、螺旋杆转速、煤与叶片的摩擦系数的分析功能，以及在此基础上的其它相关参数分析与优化功能；然后，从已建立的螺旋装煤机式水平煤仓的数据出发，用该软件对试验台螺旋装煤机的部分参数进行了分析；最后，用相似理论对装煤机装煤这一过程进行了分析，导出了装煤机模型与实际使用装煤机的相似关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The helix loader, the key part of the HSB, is the research object of this paper, this paper study some main parameters of the loader which is about the loading quantity of coal. The principle of the loading coal was discussed in theory. The principal parameters of the loader about loading is confirmed. The expressions of the loading quantity of coal, the minimal and maximal rotate speed of the screw, the circulation coefficient of coal flew are presented. According to these theory, the software which is used to analyze and optimize the parameter is programmed. This software includes the animation demonstration of HSB, the analysis function of the angle of helix, the rotate speed of the screw, the coefficient of friction between coal and screw, and the analysis and optimize to other related parameters are also presented. The soft ware analyses some parameters of the loader ,and the data is gave from the founded test-bed of HSB. At last, the author uses the method of analogy to acquire parameters which impact the loading efficiency of the screw loading machine of HSB, and the proportion of parameter between the model and the prototype is also acquired.更多还原
