煤电化学强化浮选脱硫过程及机理的研究

【摘要】 我国是世界上最大的煤炭生产国和消费国,而我国又是高硫煤储量较多的国家,煤中的硫不仅影响我们生存的环境,而且还影响焦炭、合成气以及钢铁的质量和产量,因此脱除煤中的硫具有非常重要的现实意义。传统的煤脱硫方法均存在这样或那样的缺点,不能达到市场需求,本研究采用电化学与浮选相结合脱除煤中硫的方法,这样既能弥补物理脱硫方法脱硫率低的不足,又能克服化学脱硫方法改变煤性质的缺点。研究工作中主要是在研究高硫煤性质的基础上,考察常规浮选、添加抑制剂浮选等的脱硫效果,并在自行设计的电解装置中研究不同条件下电化学处理对强化浮选脱硫效果的影响以及脱硫前后形态硫的变化,并利用接触角测量方法和红外光谱法研究电化学处理前后浮选脱硫煤表面结构性质的变化,同时对本方法的脱硫原理进行初步探讨,以便为实现工业化提供参考。 本论文研究得到如下结果: 1、浮选过程中添加抑制剂的脱硫效果好于常规浮选,但是浮选精煤的产率和不完善指数降低很多,因此加抑制剂浮选脱硫方法是不经济的。 2、不同条件下电化学处理浮选的试验结果表明:电化学浮选脱硫优于常规浮选脱硫和抑制剂脱硫。这是因为脱硫抑制剂大多数在抑制煤黄铁矿的同时也抑制了煤的浮选,而电化学浮选脱硫则提高了煤的选择性。 3、通过对酸、碱、盐电解质中电化学强化浮选脱硫效果的考察发现,碱太原理工大学硕1:论文 性介质中脱硫效果好于酸性和中性介质。4、捕收剂用量的加大,可使电化学浮选精煤的产率增加,降硫率减小。 说明电化学浮选在药剂用量小的情况下,更能看出电化学对浮选脱硫 的作用。5、利用接触角测量方法和红外光谱研究电化学处理浮选前后煤的变化 初步推断,浮选法脱硫的机理可能是煤表面一OH减少,煤的可浮性改 变有可能是有脱氧反应发生。

【Abstract】 China is a country with the largest coal output and consumption; it is also of the country that has high sulfur coal reserve. The sulfur in coal not only results in serious pollution, but also affects the quality and output of coke, synthetic gas and steel. So desulfurization of coal is very important to our society. A new coal desulfurization method witch combines electrochemistry with coal flotation is put forward to solve the problem. The method which makes up for the low percentage of desulfurization with physical methods and overcomes the shortcoming of changing coal character with chemical methods, which lays the foundation for coal desulfurization industrialization. This paper mainly concentrates on the study of coal desulfurization results with conventional flotation methods, and depressant flotation methods. The research is mainly focused on the influence of electrochemistry treatment on the results of flotation desulfurization under different conditions and the change of pyretic sulfur before and after treatment and studies the change of the surface structure the flotation desulfurization coal by means of determining contact and FTIR analysis. At the same time we studied the mechanism this method to provide industrialization with the evidence.The main results and conclusion are as follows:1. Coal desulfurization result of flotation is better than depressant flotation.But flotation concentration recovery and perfect index flotation are lower.So coal sesulfurization of depressant flotation is not economical.2. The flotation experimental in the different condition indicates that coal electrochemical flotation is better than flotation and depressant flotation. The reason is that depressant flotation not only depresses pyretic but also depresses coal, while coal electrochemical flotation enhances the selection of flotation.3. Though making investigation into electrochemical desulfurization. We find that: desulfurization results in alkaline medium are better in acidity and neutral medium.4. The more collecting agent, the higher flotation concentration recovery of coal electrochemical flotation, the lower percentage of desulfurization. This result shows coal desulfurization effect is obvious by reducing the amount of collecting agent.5. By making use of determining contact angle and FTIR analysis we conclude that surface structure of coal undergone electrochemical treatment has changed compared with the original state before the treatment. The change in the coal may be caused by the decrease of coal surface -OH and charge in coal floatability may be the cause of deoxygenate reaction.
