菲的提纯及菲氧化合成菲醌的研究

【摘要】 本论文第一部分研究了工业菲提纯的钾盐沉淀法和重结晶法,并利用GC-MS仪器法和碘量法对提纯菲进行了定性和定量分析。实验结果表明:重结晶法提纯工业菲效果较好,能使菲的纯度由60.34%提高到84.21%,为后续菲氧化合成菲醌提供了原料。而钾盐沉淀法由于反应过程中原料被炭化,致使菲的纯度下降。 论文第二部分研究了卤素化合物作为氧化剂氧化菲合成菲醌的方法,探讨了这种氧化方法的主要影响因素,从中找出较佳的工艺条件,并对其反应机理进行了初步探讨,测定了氧化反应的一些动力学参数。实验结果表明:以纯度为84.21%的提纯菲为原料,采用卤素化合物作为氧化剂氧化菲,菲醌最高收率可达63.23%;该工艺反应条件温和,操作简单,无“三废”污染问题,溶剂可循环利用,但在反应中产物菲醌容易被过氧化;氧化菲的反应对菲是一级反应,在112℃,反应速率方程为:

【Abstract】 In the first part of the paper , purification of crude phenanthrene by using potassium hydroxide precipitated and recrystallization was studied , and two methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis , GC-MS apparatus and iodine-analysis , were builded and applied to the mesuration to the purity of phenanthrene . The results indicate that the recrystallization has a good effect , the purity increase from 60.34% to 84.21% , and it can provides the raw materials for the synthesis of phenanthrenequinone . But for the potassium hydroxide precipitated , the purity decrease because of charcoal of crue phenanthrene .In the second part of the paper , oxidation of phenanthrene for the preparation of phenanthrenequinone by using halogen compound was studied . The chief factors of this method was discussed , and the optimum processing condition was obtained . The mechanism of the reaction by potassium hydroxide-precipitated was discussed , and the reaction kinetic parameters was measured . The results indicate that for using halogen compound to oxidize phenanthrene (84.21%) , the yield of phenanthrenequinone can reach 63.23% , and that the reaction condition is moderate , the technological process is comparatively simple , and it can not cause environment pollution , the solvent can be recycled . The kinetic studies show that the oxidation of phenanthrene is a first-order reaction , and the reactionrate equation at 112℃ can be expressed as :
