集中供热热力站微机监控系统设计与研究

【摘要】 随着城市建设的迅速发展,集中供热成为我国北方地区城市现代化建设所必须采取的步骤之一。随着供热网的不断扩大,如何科学有效地控制和管理热网,提高热网的经济效益和社会效益,成为供热企业急需解决的重要课题。采用分布式微机监控系统可以有效地解决热网的控制和管理问题。 本文以石河子热力公司集中供热系统为研究对象,以供热工程基本理论为基础,结合当前的计算机应用技术,对集中供热热力站微机监控系统进行了分析和研究,针对集中供热系统的特点,提出了微机监控原理及方法,设计了热力站微机监控系统。选择了分阶段改变流量的质调节的调节方式。文中给出了以AT89C51单片机为主机的硬件和软件的设计。 在热力站二次供水温度控制中,由于被控对象是一个复杂的被控对象,具有不确定、非线性、变参数等因素。常规的PID控制难以满足供暖热水温度控制要求。据此,本文提出了采用模糊PID算法实现对热力站温度的控制,利用模糊推理对PID参数K_p、K_i、K_d进行在线整定。用MATLAB软件对控制算法进行了研究与仿真,仿真结果表明该控制器具有较小的超调量和较好的稳定性。

【Abstract】 The local central heating is become one of the necessary steps for city modernization in the north of China, it is more and more important that how to manage and control the heating network with scientific method as the heating network expands gradually.The Distributed Computer Supervision and Control System of Central Heating solves the problem of heating network management and control with better effects.This paper takes the central heating system of Heating company in ShiHeZi city as its research object. On the basis of basic heating theory, the computer applications technology, the central heating system was analyzed and studied. According to the characteristics of collect heating system, the computer control mechanism and method are developed. The heating adjustment means of different flux in several period is selected.The hardware realization and the software programming with AT89C51 chip microcomputer are givenThe central heating system is a complicated controlled object. It is difficult to apply general PID control to temperature of secondary water of the heating power station with the indeterminate nonlinear and changing parameter characteristics By self-adjusting three parameters Kp Kj Kd on line the Fuzzy -PID controller has better response rate and stability property than the general PID controller. The control algorithm is studied and simulated using MATLAB software. The result of simulation indicated that the control system has small exceeding value and good stability when use this control algorithm.
