【摘要】 本文以对当前在我国的城市住宅郊区化趋势的分析为主要内容。从这一趋势产生的历史原因和条件着手，并通过对北京、上海、西安的部分郊区住宅进行实例调查，详细分析论述了我国的“郊区化”现象对我国大城市发展及对人们生活模式所造成的影响和冲击。 城市住宅郊区化趋势是城市发展的必然结果，是旧城改造、见缝插针以后的主要阶段，是城市化发展的主要组成部分。没有“城市化”也就没有“郊区化”，“郊区化”是“城市化”的一个组成部分，是“城市化”发展的高级阶段；文中指出了“逆城市化”理论的片面性。经济的发展、人们生活水平的提高是城市住宅郊区化的促进因素之一。交通条件的改善是郊区化的促进因素之二。虽然，“郊区化”给我们的生活环境带来了很大的改善，但是由于部分开发商和政府对郊区开发经验的不足，使得一些问题在业主入住后逐渐显露出来。文中通过对一些郊区实例进行利弊分析，对城市交通问题、大盘开发中的重复开发问题以及郊区化趋势对我国耕地造成的影响，进行了分析并提出了一些的解决方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article analyses the Suburbanization trend of city residence in Chinese. It focuses on the "cause" and "condition" of this Suburbanization trend, and discusses this phenomenon which has brought about not only influences on development of big city such as Peking, Shanghai and so on, but also many changes on the people’s life style, through investigation on the concrete example of some big cities.Suburbanization trend of city residence is an inevitable consequence of city development, and it’s also the main stage after remolding on former city. Suburbanization trend is the essential component part of Urbanization. This trend is the high-grade of Urbanization. The paper points out the one-sidedness of theory "Counter-urbanization". Some scholar of our country quoted out of context which is the Suburbanization theory of some developed country. So they estimate the developing regulation of our city in future in a wrong way. There are two elements for the development of "Suburbanization". The one is economic prosperity and the raise of people’s living standard. The other is the improvement of traffic condition. This paper analyses the success and failure of the Suburbanization trend of city residence and put forward some suggestion to solve the failure problems.更多还原
