【摘要】 知识经济时代的大背景与“科教兴国”战略确立的小环境，从源与流两方面为科技新闻提供了肥沃的土壤与广阔的舞台，科技新闻受到前所未有的关注，科技新闻的量与质均有了提高，但由于科技本身的复杂性、科技新闻工作者、受众的科学素养不足以及某些科技工作者的价值观异化等诸多原因，科技新闻存在着“不科学”与“不通俗”的弊端，使之仍不能像政治新闻、体育新闻、经济新闻那样“前排就座”。因此，在这个以科技为基础和核心的知识经济时代，探讨如何让科技新闻走出“不科学”、“不通俗”的阴影，有着重要的现实意义与理论价值。 本文简述了我国科技新闻的现状，对科技新闻的受宠的时代背景及发展瓶颈进行宏观与微观的分析，认为科技新闻与政治新闻、体育新闻、经济新闻相比，在采写编评等各个方面存在着诸多障碍。着重论证了“科学性”是科技新闻的灵魂(或称第一生命)，只有实现“科学性”，才能更好地实现教化作用，从而实现社会的科学化；“通俗性”是科技新闻的第二生命，只有实现“通俗性”，才能更好地实现传播效果，从而实现科学的社会化，两者相互联系，互为促进。并就如何实现科技新闻的科学性与通俗性，作了虚与实、微观与宏观、内容与形式等方面的分析与探讨。 时代呼唤高质量的科技新闻，社会呼唤高素质的科技记者。本文认为，作为知识经济时代的优秀科技新闻记者，除了精湛的业务水平外，还必须具备基础的科学知识，基本的科学素养以及良好的职业道德。更多还原

【Abstract】 The general background of the knowledge economic time and the special environment of the strategy policy of the science and the education to develop the state,provide a vast stage for the scientific news on the source and the circulation,and the quantity and the quality of the scientific and technological form source and circulation. Hence,The peoole pay unprecedented attention on it and its quality has been improved gradually.But because of the news’ complication and the diffidence of journalists’ and the audience’s scientific accomplishment ,the scientific and technological news still has such problems as unscientific and unstraightaway.That’s the reason it cannot accommodate itself to the front seat like the politics ,sports and economic news.Therefore ,In the knowledge economic times which take science and technology as its base and core.it has important practical significance and theoretical vale to explore a way of releasing scientific and technological news from "unscientific " and "unpopular" shadow.The paper give brief introduction of scientific and technological news present condition in our country ;give macroscopic microscopic analysis toward the favorable background and develop restrain of scientific and technological news.We believe that comparing with economic .sports ,and society news .scientific and technological news has subject .customer and society obstacle in the profession work .Scientific spirits is its soul .which is our means to achieve edifying effect and make science of social, straightaway is its life .which can help us to achieve the effect of the communicate and make society of science .This paper also analyses and discusses how to achieve scientific .spirit and popular spirit of Scientific and technological news on such opposite aspect of theory and practice, macroscopical and microcosmic .content and form.The times calls the high quality scientific and technological news; our society calls the journalist of high attainment .According to this paper ,to be an excellent journalist of knowledge economic.must possess the basic scientific knowledge.essential scientific accomplishment and the good vocation morality.更多还原
