广炎灵注射剂提取精制工艺及半成品指纹图谱初步研究

【摘要】 中药注射剂的研制与应用,突破了传统中药给药途径,扩大了中药应用范围。随着对中药注射剂研究的深入,精制工艺和质量标准的研究更加重要,而建立中药指纹图谱是优化工艺,提高质量标准的基础。 本文采用比较实验法,比较了多种提取工艺,确定水提法为最佳提取工艺,并在此基础上,采用均匀实验设计,进一步优化该提取工艺,并采用正交实验方法优化了精制工艺。 采用RP-HPLC梯度洗脱方法,建立了广炎灵注射剂半成品指纹图谱,该方法简单、稳定、使用方便。采用指纹图谱和主要药效成分丁香苦苷含量测定为控制指标,深入研究并优化了广炎灵注射剂提取、精制工艺。为广炎灵注射剂进一步研究提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The study and practice of Chinese injection, broke through the limitation of traditional administration of TCM, enable more wide usage of TCM. With the further study of TCM injection, the study of the purification technology and the quality criteria is more critical. And the setting up of fingerprint of TCM is the basis of the improvement of the technology and the quality criteria.In this article several extraction methods were compared, and it proved that water extraction was the most optimum method. On the basis of this, uniform design was used to get ideal extraction method. Orthogonal design was made use of to get better purification technology. The fingerprint of GUANGYANLING injection substance was set up with RP-HPLC, gradation technology. This method is easy, stable and convenient. The fingerprint and the determination of the main active content Syringopicroside were used to the quality control of extraction and clearing technology.This study enables the further study of GUANGYANLING injection.
