办公废纸化学法中性脱墨技术的研究

【摘要】 在过去的20年里,废纸脱墨和纤维回用技术都产生了飞速的变革,二次纤维的用量在逐年增加。在所使用的二次纤维中,办公废纸被认为是较高质量的纤维来源,但用常规的碱性脱墨方法难以将其油墨脱除掉。本论文尝试使用一种新型脱墨方法——中性脱墨法对办公废纸进行脱墨。 论文第一部分是利用GW01中性脱墨剂,变化脱墨工艺条件(如脱墨剂用量、碎浆时间、碎浆浓度,碎浆温度、熟化时间、浮选时间等)对静电复印纸进行脱墨,得到了适合于静电复印纸的中性脱墨工艺条件。其工艺条件如下: 碎浆时间:30min;碎浆浓度:10%~12%;碎浆温度:60℃;熟化时间:20min;浮选时间:10min;浮选浓度:0.8%;浮选温度:50℃。在此工艺条件下,对静电复印纸进行脱墨实验,同时在给定条件下用两种市售碱性脱墨剂对静电复印纸进行脱墨实验。实验结果表明:中性脱墨法与碱性脱墨法相比,成纸白度和油墨去除率基本相当,但废水COD却比碱性脱墨小许多。 论文第二部分在中性条件下,利用GW02脱墨剂进行脱墨实验,通过改变脱墨条件找出了激光打印纸中性脱墨较佳工艺条件: 碎浆时间:25min;碎浆浓度:10%~12%;碎浆温度60℃;熟化时间:20min;浮选时间:10min;浮选浓度:0.8%;浮选温度:50℃。在此条件下对激光打印纸进行中性脱墨,并在给定条件下使用两种市售碱性脱墨剂对激光打印废纸进行脱墨实验,结果表明,中性脱墨在脱墨综合成本和废水COD方面优势明显。 总之,在中性条件下,利用适宜的脱墨剂及脱墨条件,可以实现激光打印纸、静电复印纸的化学法脱墨。
【Abstract】 In the past 20 years, The technologies of deinking and recycling wastepaper have been improved quickly, more and more second fiber is being used year after year. It is well-known that the quality of office wastepaper is better than that of the others, and it’s difficult to deink this kind of ink using conventional alkalinemethods. So a new deinking method-neutral deinking method is being usedto remove office waste paper ink in this thesis.The first part of this paper: a new kind of deinking agent-GW01 neutral deinking agent was used to deink electrostatic-printed paper by changing deinking technological conditions (deinking agent dosage, pulping time, pulping consistency, pulping time, heat-preserved time, floating time, etc), and the best technological conditions were found, as follows:Pulping time:30min;pulping consistency: 10%~ 12%; pulping temperature:60癈; heat-preserved time: 20min; floating time: 10min; floating consistency: 0.8%; floating temperature: 50℃. Electrostatic-printed paper was deinked by using neutral deinking agent and two kinds of alkaline deinking agents under each given conditions. The results showed that brightness and ink-removed percentage of the neutral deinking method was as much as that of alkaline deinking method, but waste water’s COD of neutral deinking is lower than that of alkaline.The second part of this paper: the best deinking technological conditions of laser-printed paper were found by changing deinking conditions under neutral conditions, as follows:Pulping time: 25min; pulping consistency:10%~12%;pulping temperature:60℃; heat-preserved time: 20min; floating time: lOmin; floating consistency: 0.8%; floating temperature: 50℃. Under these conditions, the neutral deinking agent was used to deink laser-printed waste paper, and two kinds of alkaline deinking agents were used to deink laser-printed paper under given conditions. The results showed that neutral deinking has more advantages in waste water’s COD and deinking costs than alkaline deinking.Under neutral conditions, the chemical deinking of electrostatic-printed paper and laser-printed paper can be done by using proper deinking agent and deinking conditions.
