KY-2型无主机工厂通信系统的研究

【摘要】 目前,在工厂通信中主要使用的通信系统是一种采用总线型拓扑结构的智能型无主机扩音对讲电话系统。该系统利用多信道共用技术实现了扩音呼叫和电话对讲功能,具有布线简单、接线方便、扩展灵活、成本低、绳路利用率高等许多优点。但是该系统不具有拨号功能,无法与外界进行电话联络,并且系统呼叫的针对性差,不能准确地找到被叫用户,同时对其他用户有着不必要的干扰。为此需要研制一种具有拨号功能、可拨打外线、对其他非被叫用户无干扰、并具有较高通信针对性新型电话通信系统。 本文在原有智能型无主机扩音对讲电话系统的基础上,研制了符合大范围、强噪声的生产场所通信要求的KY-2型无主机工厂通信系统。该系统采用了多信道共用技术和总线式拓扑结构,对于信道采用了混合信道指配模式,即通话绳路的动态指配模式和信令绳路的固定指配模式。系统采用DTMF双音多频信号作为系统共路信令。在给出系统结构的基础上设计了硬件、编制了软件,并从软、硬件两方面采取了抗干扰措施。本文给出了有限用户的呼损率公式和有限用户多信道共用系统的信道配置方法,并可根据实际话务量、系统用户数、呼损率配置共用绳路数和中继线对数。并对系统进行了实验研究和运行实验,达到了设计目标。 该系统具有布线简单、接线方便、用户扩展灵活方便等优点。而且具有拨号功能,拨号简便、快捷,对内部用户实现了单呼、群呼、全呼三种呼叫方式,提高了呼叫的针对性,消除了对非被叫用户的干扰。相对于有主机通信系统来说,这种无主机系统的通信过程不依赖于主机,因此,无主机系统具有更高的可靠性。该系统还设有中继线转接器,可以与外界用户进行电话通信。该通信系统可在大范围、强噪声的生产场所下用于生产调度、电话会议、广播找人、通信联络、设备工作数据汇报和电话使用,可替代国内外的同类产品。适合于企业生产环境的使用,用于生产调度和生产管理,提高了工作联系速度,生产管理水平和生产效率。
【Abstract】 Presently the telephone communication system used in the factories is the intelligent non-central-switching amplifying call and telephone talk system. The bus topological structure and the multi-channels sharing are adopted. It makes many users share a lot of channels, and reduce the cost of the channels. The utilization factor of them is improved. It is flexible and convenient for users to extent, the price is low and its period is short, too. But this system can not be in contact with users who are out of factory lacking of dialing. We can not call the correct user and the disturbance is boring to other users. The telephone communication requisitions in factory are not satisfied, so a new type of factory communication system should be developed.Based on the intelligent non-central-switching amplifying call and telephone talk system, the KY-2-type non-central-switching factory communication telephone system is developed in this paper. The system is suitable for the large-scaled and strong-noised working space, is developed by using the techniques of the computer, the electronics and the communication. The technique of the multi-channels sharing and the bus topological structure are adopted in the system. The technique of the multi-channels sharing is an effective method to increase the system’s capacity and the utilization factor of the channels. Without the central switch a lot of channels and tracks are shared by many users, the cost of the channels is reduced and the utilization factor of them is improved. User can call others by dialing the number, and the dialing is simple and quick. The internal user can call single user, a group of users and all of users by dialing different numbers. Call pertinence is improved and the disturbance to others is not existed. The reliability of non-central-switching system is more high than that of switching system because the communication process of non-central-switching system is not depend on switcher. We can keep in touch with users out of factory by track commutator. The wiring installation of project is very easy.The hardware and software are realized in detail after designing the system’s organization in the article. The measures of anti-jamming are taken both in hardware and in software, and the DTMF signaling is used in the system. The theory of the shared channels is analyzed, and the method of the shared channels configuration is given. According to traffic, call congestion ratio and the number of users, we configured the number of channels and tracks. The experimental research is carried out, too.The KY-2-type non-central-switching factory communication telephone system has many advantages such as high utilization factor of the channels, fast communication by dialing, convenience for using and maintaining and so on. It has awide prospect and high value of application. It increases the touching rate for work and the level and efficient of production management. It has led to obviously economical and social profits.
