【摘要】 本文在子宫内膜异位症中西医研究现状综述的基础上，对导师王树林教授运用温经散寒、活血化瘀的方法治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床经验及作用机理进行了总结和研究。以克痛胶囊为代表方，经过75例临床疗效分析，治疗后患者主要症状出现率明显下降，体征明显改善，治愈率为12.5％，有效率为89.58％。同时对患者血液流变学，外周血的CA₁₂₅水平及抗子宫内膜抗体水平进行了检测，结果显示：克痛胶囊可以改善患者机体的血液流变学水平，降低子宫内膜异位症患者外周血CA₁₂₅水平及抗子宫内膜抗体阳性率，调节机体免疫状态。提示：克痛胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症作用确切，疗效可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the summery of studies of endometriosis, this research sums up professor Wang Shu Lin’s clinical experience on treating endometriosis and discusses the clinical study of Ke Tong capsules’ effect on this disease. Analysis on curative effect of 75 endometriosis patients shows that the cardinal symptoms appearance rate declines after the treatment and physical sign has been improved. Cure rate is 12.5% and the effective rate is 89.58% .Results of other detections such as blood rheology, CA125 and EmAb of peripheral blood show that Ke Tong capsules can improrve the condition of blood rheology, decrease CA125 and EmAb of peripheral blood and adjust the immune state .The above results demote that Ke Tong Capsules has definite mechanism of effect and reliable curative effect.更多还原
