【摘要】 类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一个累及周围关节为主的多系统性炎症性的自身免疫病，其特征性的症状为对称性、周围性多个关节慢性病变，临床表现为受累关节疼痛、肿胀、功能下降，病变呈持续、反复发作过程。我们在中医整体观念的指导下，以“痹证”辨证为基础，结合近年来中西医对本病的研究和导师治疗本病的经验，以“滋阴补肾，养血活血”法为主治疗了30例类风湿关节炎缓解期肝肾阴虚型患者。系统观察分析了本法治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效，对患者治疗前后的各项指标进行对照。结果显示各项指标均有不同程度的改善，治疗对改善患者晨僵、疲乏、关节压痛、关节痛、消除肿胀、与治疗前相比均P＜O.01，有显著差异。并对患者治疗前后血沉、C反应蛋白、类风湿因子进行对照结果显示P＜O.01。说明本法对类风湿关节炎缓解期肝肾阴虚型患者有确切疗效，其确切作用机制尚待进一步研究。更多还原
