基于数据库和网络的不动产管理系统

【摘要】 互联网从诞生之日起，就开始了对人们生活、工作方式的影响，随着人们对互联网诸多好处的加深认识，互联网步入其飞速发展阶段，与此同时，它又反过来进一步加深对人们生活、工作方式的影响。互联网发展至今，已实现了向多行业的渗透，它能帮助传统企业创造效益，这已成为不争的事实，同时，信息技术的进步使得系统可对不同业态进行有针对性的开发，本篇论文就是利用互联网络，采用网络开发技术实现的不动产行业的管理信息系统。 本文包括六章： 第一章：概论。简单介绍了软件工程的基本概念和生命周期模型，以及网络应用系统的相关概念及特性。第二章：系统开发工具介绍。主要讲述了开发本系统所需要的工具软件，它们是SQL Server数据库，Active Server Pages活动服务器页面，IIS信息服务器，XML可扩展标记语言，Interdev开发编辑环境，JavaScript和VBScript脚本语言。第三章：问题的提出。简要分析了当前不动产业管理的状况，指出开发本系统的目的及意义。 第四章：系统分析。本章从可行性、需求、系统定义几个角度对系统进行了全面的分析，使用了结构化的分析方法（SA）得出了本系统的逻辑模型。 第五章：系统设计。本章分概要设计、基本设计、详细设计三个步骤来对整个系统进行设计，其中基本设计中的数据库设计是本系统开发的难点，也是本系统开发的精彩点。 第六章：系统的实现。为了实现软件管理的规范化，提高软件质量，本系统对开发过程中的各细节内容都作了详细的规范以约定，本章中的第一节便是对系统开发规约的描述，第二节则讲述了开发中具体的技术实现细节。更多还原

【Abstract】 Internet has great influence in the way of our work and life nowadays from coming to world. With the further acknowledgement about Internet’s advantages, Internet comes to the stage developed by leaps and bounds and then affects the way of people’s work and life further. Now Internet’s development has brought the infiltration into many industries. It is a firm truth without any controversy that Internet can make values for traditional industries. The advance of information technique makes it true that Management Information System can serve for all kinds of industries. What the thesis tells about is the Management Information System about property industry that is developed by network technique.This thesis consists of six chapters.The first chapter is an overview of Software Project. It introduces briefly the basic conception and life cycle model about software Project and relates conception and characteristics of network application system.The second chapter introduces the development tools used by the system. They are SQL Server database, Active Server Pages, IIS, XML, Interdev, JavaScript and VBScript.The third chapter puts forward the subject of the system. Firstly it analyzes briefly the present state of property management and then points out the goal and meaning of the system. The forth chapter analyzes the system development’s probability, system’s requirement, system definition and gets the logic model of the system using structure analysis method.The fifth chapter designs the whole development system. It consists of general design, essential design and detailed design.The sixth chapter tells about the coding stage of the system.
