技术进步与经济增长

【摘要】 经济增长是一个古老而永恒的问题。自亚当·斯密开创性研究之后，很多经济学家对这一问题做这样那样的研究，得出一些很有意义的结论。他们大都形成以下共识，在经济增长因素分析中，技术进步、人力资源，自然资源，资本构成都对经济增长有很大的贡献。其中，技术进步可以说是关键的因素，技术进步也是人类社会进步的一部分。党的“十五大”报告指出，今后，我国应该尽快实施“两个转变”战略。在当前经济增长方式转变的关键时期，分析技术进步与经济增长的有关问题具有十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文着重在概念上和理论分析了技术进步和经济增长。并在实际上就美国新经济，对技术进步对美国的这次经济增长进行了分析。并指出经济增长的负效应。并结合实际对我国的技术现状提出几点意见。全文共分三章：第一章是技术进步与经济增长概念和相互关系，主要有三个主题，第一，技术进步的概念和发展，技术进步与技术创新和技术进步的现实意义；第二，经济增长的概念和相关理论，经济增长和经济发展的分类。第三，技术进步和经济增长的关系，并重点讨论了以马克思理论为基础的经济增长系数，。第二章是技术进步对经济增长的效应分析分两部分，一部分是就美国新经济谈谈技术进步对经济增长的正效应，另一部分是技术进步的负效应。第三章是结合我国的技术现状对如何发展我国的技术提出几点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The growth of economics is a old and permanent question.By the Adam Smith’orinality in this area ，many economists had been working on this area.They got many worthy results.They agreed on that technology progress 、human source 、nature source and the structure of capital all are the key reason of the growth of economics.Among these reasons，technology progress is a key reason. Technology progress is also a part of human sococial progress. Our comunicists talked about during the Fifth meeting china should make two changes. During current period of the growth of economic’changing，the analysis of technology progress and the growth of economics is an important work in theory ang applies.This paper makes important in analysis of technology progress and economic growth in materials and theory About American new economics. I make analysis on this economic grow. And talk about the side effects of technology progress. I make several ideas about our country’ technology progress. The thesis is comosed of 3 chapters.In the first chapter，I introduce the definition and relation of technology and the growth of economic.technology progress and technology originality；the inportant of technology.second I introduce the growth of economic’ definition and theory；the quaification of ecinomic grow and economic develop. Last I make analysis of the relation of technology progress and economic grow. I make inportant of the Max’s economics grow.The second chapter is effects of technology progress of economic grow.
