Sm2Fe17Nx稀土永磁材料的制备及工艺参数对磁性能的影响

【摘要】 Sm2Fe17Nx磁体作为一种新型的稀土永磁材料,具有优异的磁性能。虽然目前对Sm2Fe17Nx稀土永磁材料的研究取得了一定的进展,但由于它对工艺参数的敏感性,迄今为止,实验所得Sm2Fe17Nx稀土永磁材料,离理论值还相差很远。本课题的目的在于探讨如何有效地控制工艺参数,获得最佳的成分、组织,充分发挥Sm2Fe17Nx磁体的优异性能。 实验中,通过气固相反应法制备了Sm2Fe17Nx稀土永磁体,探讨了制备过程中各种工艺因素对其磁性能的影响,分析了如何控制工艺因素以提高磁体的磁性能。 本论文首先就熔炼工艺参数对铸态组织微结构的影响进行了探讨,并制定出一套较为合适的熔炼工艺;通过对不同钐加入量的铸态组织微观结构的观察分析,确定了原料配置过程中钐的最佳补偿量;通过对采用不同退火时间的合金组织进行比较,确定了理想、经济的退火时间;同时还利用扫描电子显微图像和X射线衍射图谱,比较了整个制备过程中,试样微结构和相组成的变化情况。 其次,课题还研究了N原子在Sm2Fe17合金中的扩散过程,用试样的能谱图进一步分析了Sm2Fe17Nx中X值随氮化时间变化关系,并证实了氮化时间过度延长,X值反而会降低,即Sm2Fe17Nx发生了分解。 最后,对不同氮化时间以及不同研磨时间对磁粉磁性能的影响做了较为深入的研究,得出了材料磁性能随氮化时间和研磨时间的变化关系。同时分析了影响材料磁性能的一些重要因素。
【Abstract】 As a new type rare-earth permanent magnetic material, SmaFenNx has excellent magnetic properties . Although progress has been made in the investigation of SniaFenNx rare-earth permanent magnetic material, up to now Sm2Fe17Nx in the experiment has not been attain the theoritical value because it is sensitive to the parameters of process . The purpose for the reseach is to study how to control the parameters of process so as to obtain the optimum microstructure and composition , thus the excellent properties of Sm2Fe17Nx rare-earth permanent magnetic material may be exploited .Using gas-solid phase reaction Sm2Fe17Nx rare-earth permanent magnetic material is prepared. The effects of parameters of process on the magnetic properties during the preparation of Sm2Fe17Nx are investigated. It is analyzed how to control the factors of process to improve the magnetic properties.Firstly the effects of melting parameters on the microstructure of as-cast alloy are discussed, On the base of this, a series of more appropriate process for melting is determined. By analyzing the microstructure of as-cast alloys with different surplus of samarium added, the optimum surplus of samarium is decided. By comparing the microstructure of the alloys annealed for different time, the ideal and economical annealing time is confirmed. The microstructure and phase composition of alloys during the whole preparation of Sm2Fe17Nx are analyzed using the scanning electron micrograph with energy-dispersive X-ray analysis and X-ray diffraction patterns.Secondly, the diffusion process of nitrogen atom in Sm2Fe17 alloy is studied.The relationship between the values for X in Sm2Fe17Nx and nitriding time is analyzed using the energy-dispersive X-ray analysis. It reveals that the values for X in Sm22Fe17Nx will decrease if the nitriding time is too long, in other words, the Sm2Fe17Nx will decompose.At last, the effects of nitriding time and milling time on the magnetic properties of Sm2Fe17Nx are studied detailedly and the dependence of the magnetic properties of Sm2Fe17Nx on the nitriding time and milling time is achieved. At the same time, some important factors affecting the magnetic properties of Sm2Fe17Nx are analyzed.
