泡沫分流酸化数学模拟及泡沫体系试验研究

【摘要】 在基质酸化中,特别是对于多层酸化,处理液的置放技术至关重要。泡沫可以帮助酸分流入更需要酸化的油层中。泡沫可以随同酸一起注入,或者与酸交替形成段塞注入。本文对泡沫分流酸化做了理论和实验研究。论文所完成的主要工作有: □对国内外酸化及分流技术,特别是泡沫的分流技术,从泡沫的实验室配制到现场应用,从泡沫的流变性到其在多孔介质中的流动进行了文献调研,了解了其最新发展情况及发展趋势; □利用正交设计法筛选出有效的泡沫配方体系;并对泡沫体系进行了敏感性评价和泡沫分流效果预测; □通过对泡沫分流调研和理论研究,建立了考虑气体圈闭变化的泡沫分流酸化有效相对渗透率模型; □通过文献调研和理论分析,应用泡沫分流理论,以临界毛管压力模型为基础,建立了泡沫分流模型,并对前置液和酸与泡沫相容性问题做了评价,可以指导实际施工; □建立并联立求解了泡沫在井筒中水动力学参数模型和井筒温度场模型; □用数值方法求解了储层温度场模型; □用数值方法求解了主体酸浓度分布和矿物浓度分布模型(两酸三矿物模型); □编制了泡沫分流砂岩基质酸化计算程序,并进行了实例计算
【Abstract】 In well stimulation, proper placement of treatment fluids is an important issue, especially in multi-layer acidizing. Foam can help divert acid to reservoir layers most in need of stimulation. Foam may be injected along with acid or in alternating slugs with acid. This paper focuses on the theoretical and experimental research of foam diversion processes in matrix acidizing. The main work in this paper includes: The foreign and domestic literatures concerning the acidizing and diverting technique, especially for diverting technique, from foam experimental evaluation to field application, from foam rheology to foam flow in porous medium have been researched on, and its development and tendency in the field of stimulation have been known; Optimal foam formula has been selected by quadrature experimental design method, and sensitive evaluation of the formula has been carried out; The function of gas relative permeability in the present of foam account for the effect and the change of trapped-gas is established; On the basic of limiting capillary pressure mechanism, applying fractional-flow theory, foam diversion model has been finally established. And two important issues in diversion-process design have been discussed, which is guideline for actual application; . Foam hydrodynamic model and temperature model in well bore during foam-acid diversion have been established and simultaneously calculated; Temperature model in formation has been calculated; "Two acid, three mineral" model has been calculated; Foam diversion process and matrix acidizing design model have been programmed and solved by VB computer language for windows, by which actual example are calculated.
