轻烃回收装置工艺计算的程序设计及控制系统研究

【摘要】 天然气作为一种宝贵的资源在人民生活和工业部门中有着广泛的应用。无论是何种气藏产出的天然气,它不仅是一种优质的清洁燃料,也是近代化学工业的重要原料来源。从天然气中回收的轻烃分解出来的乙烯是有机合成产品的基础原料,可以生产数百种合成材料,是世界上产量最多的化工中间产品。以天然气凝液为原料生产乙烯,收率高、成本低、投资少。 随着科学技术的推广及其人们安全意识的加强,不同行业都对生产过程中的高效率、可靠性、安全性、经济性及其科学性等提出了越来越高的要求。为了改善劳动环境和劳动强度,减少回收装置因人为因素而造成的减产或停产,对轻烃回收装置工艺设计出一高效控制系统,改善并增强整个装置工艺的自动控制程度是非常重要的。 本文重点论述了:1)天然气的化工作用,天然气轻烃回收的目的,各种天然气轻烃回收工艺及发展,轻烃的加工利用及其发展趋势;2)用VB6.0编制了轻烃回收工艺计算程序;3)轻烃回收装置控制系统的研究;4)用“组态王6.0”进行了轻烃回收装置单元的控制系统的设计。

【Abstract】 As a precious natural resource, natural gas is used widely in people’s life and industry. It is not only high grade and clean fuel, but also an important raw material of chemical industry in last history. Ethylene decompounded from light hydrocarbon is a base raw material of synthetic organic product, which can be used to made hundreds of synthetic material, and it is the most output intermediate product in the world. It is a beneficial and low cost way, need not much investment to produce ethylene by means of liquefied natural gas.With the popularization of science and technology and enhancement of people’s safety consciousness, different trades put forward higher requirement to efficiency rate, reliability, safe nature, economy and its science etc in the process. In order to improve labor’s environment and intension, cut down the reduction of output and stop production by man’s factors, designing a high efficiency’s control system for Light Hydrocarbon Recovery’s apparatus, and it is important to improve and strengthen the auto-control grade of whole apparatusThe main contents of this paper includes:1) This paper gives a overall summary of the function of natural gas chemical industry, the reason why we recover NGL, deep process ways of NGL and their development trends.2) A computer program for NGL recovery calculation is made by VB6.0.3) Control system of NGL recovery apparatus is studied, and4) Design the control system of NGL recovery apparatus’ unit with the soft of the king of configuration 6.0.
