【摘要】 随着经济全球化，加强信息化管理，已成为企业提高管理水平、赢得竞争的重要手段。目前，有许多企业正在实施ERP(企业资源计划)作为解决信息化管理问题的途径。然而，较低的ERP实施成功率让更多的企业质疑ERP的适用性。 ERP的实施是一项系统工程，要涉及到多方面的因素，其实施需要科学的方法论和健全的监管机制来指导、监督。企业要在理解ERP的思想和管理要求及做好实施前的准备工作的基础上，选择合适的软件商，在专业咨询的协助下组织实施，尽量降低实施过程中的风险。通过实施ERP，企业可以在一定程度上提高效益和管理水平，但对其实施效果需要有一套科学的评估体系进行评价。此外，为了保护ERP实施过程中各方的权益，保证ERP实施的顺利进行，需要引入一种健全、有效的实施监理机制。当“实施——咨询——评价——监理”机制形成并健全起来，会有更多的企业加入到应用和实施ERP的队伍中，使ERP真正成为企业提高管理水平，增强核心竞争力的一种有效手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Flowing the economic globality, the information resource management has become the important resort to improve its management and to win in the competition. Now, a lot of enterprises are implementing ERP as an approach to settle its information resource management. But the lower rate of success makes more and more enterprises oppugn its applicability.The implementation of ERP is a systems engineering, involving many ways of factors, which needs a scientific methodology and right supervisor, mechanism. On the basis of comprehending ERP’s ideology and making beforehand work ready, the enterprise should choice appropriate ERP system and carry it into execution under the help of professional consultants, so that the enterprise can evade the implementing risk to the best of its abilities. Recurring to the ERP implementation, the enterprise can improve its benefits ant management levels to some extent. To appraising its efficiency appropriately, a suit of scientific evaluation system should be fabricated. Furthermore, in order to safeguard each party’s rights and interests and to make the implementation go smoothly, a set of right ant scientific supervisory mechanism should be set up. When the mechanism of implementation-consultation-evaluation-supervision were established, more and more enterprises could go into the ERP’s implementation.更多还原
