永磁、电磁混合磁悬浮系统的研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了单自由度永磁、电磁混合磁悬浮系统的工作原理,根据机械学、电磁学、电子学及动力学等原理,给出了永磁磁通与电磁磁通叠加计算混合磁悬浮系统的方法,由这种方法导出的计算磁感应强度和磁场力的理论计算公式,建立了混合磁悬浮系统的理论数学模型。以此为指导,结合实验,建立了系统的实验模型。分析了控制系统结构,并用计算机对混合磁悬浮系统进行仿真,得到了使系统稳定的控制参数范围,并设计了旋转控制电路。论证分析了控制策略和控制器模型。设计制作了适合于磁悬浮装置的、线性度好、灵敏度高、响应速度快,精度高的PSD光电位移传感器。最后,对系统进行了总体调试,实现了悬浮体的可控悬浮、旋转。
【Abstract】 The operating principle of single degree of freedom Permanent and Electronic Hybrid Magnetic System is introduced. A method of calculating PEHMS by using alternately permanent and electronic magnetic flux is put forward, and gain theory formula of magnetic induction intensity and magnetic suspension force of PEHMS, based on the principle of the mechanics, electromagnetism, electronics and dynamics. The theory mathematical mode and experimental mode are established. With the help of computer simulating software-Matlab6.0, The control system’s structure is analyzed and the relationships of the parameters of controller and the stability of system are obtained. After stable levitation, a circumrotation controller is designed, which produces rotation magnetic field making the levitated object rotate. The control strategy and controller’s model are demonstrated and analyzed .In the control system, a good linearity, high sensitive, quick response speed PSD displacement sensor is designed, whose characteristic is well fit for the suspension system. Above all, the debug of the whole system is made , the object is levitated and circumrotates successfully.
