多绳提升机载荷动态监测与提升安全研究

【摘要】 多绳摩擦提升机是我国各大煤矿的主要提升设备。多绳摩擦式提升机由多根钢丝绳共同承担提升载荷重量,长时间运行过程中,由于各根钢丝绳弹性变形不同而生产载荷不平衡,载荷过大的钢丝绳首先产生疲劳损坏,对应的摩擦衬垫也产生过度磨损。《煤矿安全规程》规定:摩擦提升装置中任一根提升钢丝绳的载荷与平均载荷之差不得超过±10%。监测和掌握钢丝绳载荷大小及各钢丝绳之间载荷平衡情况,对延长钢丝绳寿命、减轻衬垫磨损、保证设备安全运行有着重要的意义。 根据矿井提升特点,本文提出了一种高可靠多绳提升钢丝绳载荷动态监测系统方案。该系统包括运动载荷动态测量、数据感应传输和地面数据处理三部分。 本文对动态载荷测量进行了详细研究,提出了一种不改变多绳提升悬挂系统结构和安全性的载荷测量方法,设计了电容式传感器,对该传感器的动态性能进行了详细分析。针对恶劣环境中信号传输特性,确定了钢丝绳感应信号传输方式。对传感器信号处理电路,信号调制变换和信号放大电路进行了详细设计。本文采用了地面感应信号接收方式,接收到的微弱信号经地面信号处理电路还原成各根钢丝绳的载荷数据。本文设计的地面信号处理电路由信号放大、混频、滤波和解调电路四部分构成,本文重点对采用MAX274集成芯片和滤波电路进行了分析和设计。 本文采用了系统机作为多绳钢丝绳载荷数据的终端处理机。利用Visual Basic 6.0编程语言开发了载荷动态监测软件。监测软件主要包括钢丝绳载荷曲线显示、各钢丝绳载荷差动态显示、初始参数确定、数据存储查询以及超载报警等模块。 本文研制的多绳提升载荷动态监测系统在龙口矿务局、梁庄煤矿副井的运行情况和实测的大量载荷数据,充分证明了所研制的载荷动态监测系统的合理性和可靠性。
【Abstract】 Multi-wire friction hoist is the main system in coalmines. Steel wire ropes bear whole load of system. If there are different stretch distortions on every rope, then the rope over load has fatigue. No.399 rule in "Coalmine security rules" prescribes that difference between any rope load and average load should not over ?10%. It is important to inspect the load.According to the characteristic of hoisting, this subject uses real-time monitoring manner to measure the tension of steel cables. This system makes up of measuring part, transmitting data part and managing part that is put on ground.This subject advanced a new way to measure wire load. This way should not change the hoisting structure. A new press capacitance transducer is designed.According to the characteristic of sign transmission, we ensure the transmission manner. In transducer circuit, the modulating and signal magnifying circuit is designed in detail. The delicacy signal received from underground is reverted on ground. The received circuit is make up of magnify, mixing, filter the wave and demodulation circuits. MAX274 chip and wave filtering circuits is designed in detail.Use Visual Basic 6.0 language to empolder real-time load inspecting software. The software concludes many modules: such as load displaying curve, dynamic displaying curve, original parameter confirming, data inquiring and giving alarms.The experiment was accomplished in Liangzhuang coalmine of Longkou mining department. It, real-time monitoring system running status and large numbers of experiment-data, proves the rationality and security of this real-time monitoring system.
