【摘要】 党的十一届三中全会以来，在党的改革开放方针政策的指引下，我国个体私营经济逐渐恢复和发展，在国民经济中的比重不断上升，已由八十年代初的“拾遗补缺”发展成为“社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分”。在建立和发展社会主义市场经济体制的过程中，个体私营经济对促进商品的生产、搞活城乡经济、方便人民生活、安排劳动就业等方面发挥了积极作用，个体劳动者以其艰苦勤奋、诚实守法、服务奉献，为社会主义市场经济推波助澜。个体劳动者这支有中国特色社会主义事业的建设队伍，随着社会经济的发展而不断发展壮大。因此，个体劳动者的职业道德状况如何，影响着我国社会道德整体水平，影响着我国经济的发展。然而个体劳动者的发展并不平衡，加强队伍建设至关重要，尤以职业道德建设为突出。所以，本文就此问题进行探讨。 本论文以邓小平理论、党的十五大、十六大及中央有关精神文明建设的文件精神为指导，运用管理学和社会学有关原理和方法，在结合自身工作实践的基础上，吸收了国内专家学者的研究成果，对加强我国个体劳动者职业道德建设的管理进行了系统的探讨。 本文的篇章结构，除引言外共分三个部分：第一部分，对个体劳动者职业道德建设的相关理论进行了阐述；第二部分，联系现实，对我国个体劳动者职业道德现状作了分析；第三部分，提出了对个体劳动者职业道德建设期望达到的目标及对加强个体劳动者职业道德建设的具体管理措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the third session of the 11th Chinese Communist party’s congress, individual and private economy of our country has gradually recovered and developed under the direction of the reform and open policies made by the Party.And its proportion in the national economy has increased by and by-asupplement in the early 1980’s, an important part of socialist market economy During the course of forming and developing the system of socialist market economy, individual and private economy has played a positive role in many aspects such as promoting the production of commodities, enlivening country economy, making people’s lives convenient and arranging employment. Individual lobourers work hard, abiding by the law, and have done much for socialist market economy. Individual labourers, a group of constructing people of Chinese characteristics socialist cause, have got more and more people joining them with the development of society and economy. Therefore, the state of individual labourers’ professional ethics affect the whole level of our society ethics and the development of our national economy. However, the disequilibrium among the development of individual labourers makes it very important to improve the quality of them, especially ethics. Thus this thesis makes some research on the problem.Based on Deng XiaoPing’s theory, the 15th and 16th Chinese Communist Party’s congresses and the spirit of the central documents relative to the construction of spiritual civilization, the thesis adopts the results of domestic andforeign experts and makes a systematic research on enhancing the management of our country’s individual labourers’ professional ethics, combining with the author’s practice and the relative principles and methods of management and sociology.This theses consists of three parts besides the introduction. In part I, it interprets the relative theories of the construction of individual labourers’ professional ethics. Next, in part II, it analyzes the current state of our country’s individual labourers’ professional ethics, combining with the reality. Finally, in pan III, it puts porward the expected aim of the construction of individual labourers’ professional ethics and some specific measures which may enhance the construction of individual labourers’ professional ethics.更多还原
