外种猪(杜洛克、约克夏、兰德累斯)的氟烷基因与经济性能之间的相关性研究

【摘要】 本研究采用PCR-RFLP技术检测了长白,约克夏和杜洛克猪群的RYR基因的多态性,分别分析了RYR基因与猪的产仔数(TNB)、初生重(LBW)、仔猪28日龄重(LWT28)、背膘厚(The Backfat Thickness)、死胎数(ND)之间的相关关系。 从群体遗传结构分析表明:在约克夏,杜洛克猪群中,有n基因存在;长白猪群中,未发现有该基因存在。 通过对RYR基因分型研究,在约克夏和杜洛克猪群中,未发现有隐性纯合基因型(nn)个体,仅存在纯合基因型(NN)个体和杂合型(Nn)个体。不同氟烷基因型(NN,Nn)之间在产仔数方面存在着显著的差异。约克夏猪群中,比较头胎的平均产仔数,结果Nn个体的产仔数(TNB)比NN个体平均多1.7045头/胎;杜洛克猪群中,Nn个体的产仔数(TNB)比NN个体平均多2.5758头/胎;经产胎次中,平均产仔数分别多0.3898和0.9956头/胎。杂合型(Nn)个体高于纯合基因型(NN)个体,差异性显著(P<0.05)。在两层和三层膘厚检测中发现:在杜洛克猪群和约克夏猪群中,纯合基因型个体均低于杂合基因型个体,因此在背膘厚方面两种基因型(NN,Nn)个体存在差异性(P<0.05)。在仔猪28日龄重方面,杂合型(Nn)个体则低于纯合基因型(NN)个体,差异性显著(P<0.05);仔猪初生重方面,纯合基因型个体的仔猪初生重与杂合型个体差异不显著(P>0.05);死胎数方面,纯合基因型(NN)个体高于杂合型(Nn)个体,本次实验中,在杂合型个体中未发现死胎(除一次饲料中毒和蓝耳病毒影响而导致意外流产)。扬州大学硕士学位论文研究表明:杂合型个体在某种程度上有利于提高猪群的产仔数,降低死胎数,现示出一定的杂种优势;然而相对于背膘厚和仔猪28日龄重来说则显示出不利的一面;在初生重方面,氟烷基因没有不良影响。因此,可以利用氟烷基因PCR-RFI尹方法对猪群常规生产实施辅助选择,可望获得一定的遗传增益。

【Abstract】 In this experiment,RYR gene polymoiphisms were detected by methods of PCR-RFLP in three breeds(Landrace, Duroc and Yorkshire).The analyzis of the TNB, LEW, LWT28, the backfat thickness, ND and the RYR gene were carried out. According to the population genetic structure the RYR gene of n - allele frequencies were higher in Duroc and Yorkshire ,but was completely absent in Landrace. As to the RYR gene.there were only NN and Nn genotypes but no homozygous nn in three breeds (Landrace, Duroc and Yorkshire). Average TNB differed significantly within different RYR genotypes . In the Yorkshire,the TNB of Nn genotype was 1.7045 more than that of NN genotype in first groups. In the Duroc,the TNB of Nn genotype was 2.5758 more than that of NN genotype in first groups. In latter groups ,the findings were 0.3898 and 0.9956. Average the backfat thickness differed significantly within different RYR genotypes .The backfat thickness of Nn genotype was thicker than that of NN genotype. However,the springs’ LWT28 of NN genotype was more than that of Nn genotype. The ND of NN genotype was more than that of Nn genotype. Especially in the experimentation,There was no ND in those pigs of Nn genotype .Those results indicated that RYR gene affects TNB, ND, Thebackfat thickness, LWT28 and show no ill-effect on LBW in the pork.Conclusion drawn from this research illustrated that marker-assisted selection(MAS) using RYR is increasing TNB,LWT28 and disincreasing ND. It will be of considerable economical value to the pork producers. In swine population magnitude of population performance could increase obviously with n-allele of the RYR gene frequency accumulating.
