不同负荷的运动训练对大鼠血浆血管活性肽变化的影响及意义

【摘要】 本论文分为文献综述和实验两部分。第一部分综述了肾上腺髓质素(ADM)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、内皮素(ET)三种血管活性肽的研究现状及相互之间的关系。第二部分是实验部分。目的:观察长期不同负荷的运动训练对大鼠血浆血管活性肽分泌的影响及机体清除自由基的能力。探讨不同负荷运动训练对机体心血管系统内分泌功能的影响及其与自由基代谢之间的关系。材料与方法:选用健康雄性SD大鼠40只,体重170~210g,随机分为4组,每组10只:对照组(A);90分钟训练组(B);180分钟训练组(C);一次急性力竭组(D)。对大鼠进行为期8周不同负荷的运动训练后,测定其血浆肾上腺髓质素、降钙素基因相关肽、内皮素、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:(1)体重变化:经过8周的运动训练后,4组大鼠体重均较训练前有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);B组较A组下降有显著性差异;C组较A组有非常显著性下降,较B组亦有显著性下降。(2)血浆ADM含量变化:经过8周不同负荷的运动训练后,与A组相比,B组血浆ADM含量增加了19.14%,C组下降了22.58%,均无显著性差异。D组升高6.14%,差异不显著。C组与B组相比,ADM含量明显下降,差异显著(P<0.05)。(3)血浆CGRP含量变化:经过8周不同负荷的运动训练后,与A相比,B组血浆CGRP含量下降了18.79%,差异不显著;C组下降有显著性差异;D组含量显著下降。C组比B组有显著下降。(4)血浆ET含量变化:经过8周不同负荷的运动训练后,与A组相比,B组血浆ET上升了11.94%,差异不显著;C组上升了17.70%,结果有显著性差异;D组升高了22.11%,差异显著。C组比B组升高了5.14%,差异不显著。(5)经过8周不同负荷运动训练后,与A组相比,B组SOD活性增强趋势;C组活性有下降趋势;D组活性有下降趋势。与A组相比,B组MDA含量显著下降;C组MDA含量有下降趋势,但比B组含量升高;D组MDA含量有增高趋势。结论:(1)长期中等负荷的运动训练可增强机体清除自由基的能力,ET、ADM分泌增加,CGRP分泌减少,对机体产生有益的影响;(2)长期大负荷运动训练可降低机体清除自由基的能力,ET分泌进一步增加,ADM、CGRP分泌减少,从而导致几种血管活性肽的分泌失衡,可能是导致运动性高血压疾病发生的原因之一;(3)一次急性力竭运动会导致血管活性肽的分泌失衡。

【Abstract】 The paper including two parts . We reviewed the advance of Adrenomedullin(ADM), calcitoningene-related peptide(CGRP), endothelin(ET), and relation between them in Part one. Part two is Experiment. Objective: To explore the effect of different load exercise training on endocrine function of circulatory system and the relationship between it and the free radical metabolism. Method: The content of the plasma Adrenomedullin(ADM), calcitoningene-related peptide(CGRP), endothelin(ET), MDA and the activity of serum SOD in rats were measured after 8 weeks swimming training with different loads. Result: (1) Body ability of oxidation-resistance can be improved by the long time middle intension’s sports training and in this course the content of plasma E^ ADM were properly increased, the excretion of CGRP were properly decreased. (2) Body ability of oxidation-resistance can be weakened by the long time high intension’s sports training, the content of plasma ET was obviously increased, and the content of ADM, CGRP were distinctly decreased. (3)the activity of SOD can be descended by acute exhausting exercise, and in the course the content of MDA, plasma ET and ADM were increased. The content of CGRP was obviously decreased. Conclusion: The long time middle intension’s sports training can improve the ability of the body to eliminate free radical and it is positively relative with the excretion of ET and ADM, while it is vice-relative with CGRP; The long time high intension’s sports training will reduce the ability of the body to clean up free radicals and it maybe relative with the turbulence of several vessel active peptide . It was concluded that the turbulence maybe one of reasons that lead to exercising high blood pressure and acute exhausting exercise will cause the turbulence of vessel active peptide.
