【摘要】 土地在农业生产中具有特殊的意义和不可替代的作用，从土地资源同其他农业生产要素之间的关系来看，土地是组织农业生产的中枢。因为土地既是劳动对象，又是生产资料，因此，农业生产的过程就是利用土地的过程。目前，我国土地利用的组织者是农户，作为最基本的农村微观经济单位，农户的土地利用行为是决定农业生产总量及增长速度的直接力量。同时，农户土地利用行为与农民收入增长密切相关。因此，研究农户土地利用的行为机理，并探寻影响农户土地利用绩效的影响因素就显得非常必要。 文章首先对农户土地利用的类型、方式及其制约和影响因素进行了全面的总体概括，在微观的层面上构建了农户土地利用的行为机理，主要包括农户土地利用的目标、决策模式、决策机理等方面。最后，重点对我国农户的土地利用绩效进行了分析并提出改进农户土地利用的绩效对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Land take on especial function in farming and cannot be edged out. From the relationship between land resource and other agricultural production elements, land is the centrum of farming organization. Since land is resource of production as well as the object of work, the couce of farming equates with the cource of land use. At present ,the organizer of land use is farming household in our country, as the basal microecomic unit in country, the behavior of farming household in land use determines the gross agricultural production and increasing rate. At the same time ,the behabior of farming household hi land use is belated with the rise of famer’s earning. Therefore, the research and the seek on the influencing factor of the performance of farmer’s land use is necessary. The paper firstly generalizes the style and mode of land use as well as the influencing factor, and then forms the mechanism of fanner’s land use from micocosmic point of view. It mostly is involved with the object, pattern of decision-making , and the mechanism. Finally, the paper mainly analyses the behavior performance of the farmer’s land use in our country, and bring forward the countermeasure of improving the performance of farmer’s land use.更多还原
