疏浚工程中泥泵与泥沙输送管道系统动态特性研究

【摘要】 随着疏浚业的发展,关于疏浚泥泵与泥沙输送管道系统的动态特性研究越来越受到重视,然而由于固液两相流动的复杂性,目前比较成熟的研究成果还不多。本文在查阅大量文献的基础上,对疏浚泥泵及排泥管道的动态特性现象进行了分析,并应用面向对象的C++语言开发了比较通用的计算机程序,对紧急关阀、水下挖掘机具(如绞刀、斗轮等)吸泥口堵塞以及事故抛泵等典型的动态工况特性进行了计算和分析。 本论文的研究成果,特别是所编写的计算程序,可为大型挖泥船的设计,以及疏浚工程中挖泥船高效、安全运行提供依据,这将对国内疏浚技术的基础研究及疏浚业的发展具有比较重要的意义。

【Abstract】 Engineering insurance, as economic means to ensure the engineering construction, plays an important role in the risk management of modern engineering construction. Owing to the advance of science and technology, the expansion of the scale of construction, and the improvement of the sense of owner’s risk management, engineering insurance will have broad market. Correspondingly, its theory is up to developed to a higher level.In this thesis, taking the risk management activities of the two parties of insurance as the perceptive and the process of engineering insurance as the clue, the establishment of risk management system is analyzed during the process of risk identification and evaluation, insurance contract arrangement, disaster prevention and loss reduction, and the compensation management. Furthermore. "JNPC " is taken as the case for demonstration.In this thesis, the Inviting & Biding mechanism is analyzed and the feasibility and function of its operation is also conducted. Under the framework of the analysis of the supply and demand of engineering insurance, the concept of security and economy is brought up: the district characteristics of the equilibrium on S/’D curve is studied of large-scale engineering insurance. Also, the optimal principle of insurance arrangement is brought up. under which the optimal insurance arrangement fit for large-scale engineering insurance is established after dynamical game of the two parties. Correspondingly, the issues of soft-value of engineering insurance service and the risk management system of compensation are analyzed.The study shows that through the establishment of risk management system at each stage of engineering insurance, it ma> attain the goal of reducing risk occurrence frequency and loss degree, decreasing the compensation rate, maintaining the justice and benefits of the two party, realizing the security and economy, and reducing the systematical risk of the whole engineering insurance. Therefore, the development of engineering insurance can not only meet the requirement of modern construction but also benefit to the capability building of insurance company to develop engineering insurance, resist the adventures, improve international competition, and realize the sustainable development of engineering insurance industry eventually.
