【摘要】 道德教育生态环境是以道德教育活动为中心，决定其产生、存在和发展以及影响其同外界进行物质、能量、信息交换的多维空间。从结构上看，它由教育者、教育对象、教育中介所组成的内部因子和物质、精神、行为所组成的外部因子构成。从功能上看，它既有发展道德认识、形成道德态度、实践道德行为的积极功能，又有误导教育对象、分化教育目标、瓦解教育体系的消极功能。道德教育生态环境作为一个有机系统还时刻与外部环境之间发生密切联系，即表现为资金运转的物质流、表现为知识富集的能量流以及表现为行为迁移的信息流。实现道德教育生态环境的平衡应遵循主体原则、整体原则、层次原则和发展原则，在实现其结构、功能与循环平衡的基础上，还要适应全球化、市场经济、个性发展等外部环境的变化。实现道德教育生态环境的平衡有助于提高道德教育实效、提升公民道德素质、推动精神文明建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ecological environment of moral education is a multi-dimensional space in which centers moral education, determines its origin, exist, develop and effects its exchanging material, energy, information with the outer world. In structure, it is made up of the inner elements including teachers, students, educational media and the outer elements containing material, mind, behavior. It has both the positive functions of developing ethic acknowledge, forming ethic attitude, practicing ethic behavior and the negative functions of misguiding the students, disintegrating educational aims, collapsing educational system. As an organism, ecological environment of moral education contacts with the outer world consistently by the material flow of capital circulating, the energy flow of knowledge distilling, the information flow of behavior removing. Realizing the balance of ecological environment of moral education should obey the principals of subject, integration, gradation, develop. On the basis of balancing its structure, function and circulation, it still needs to be accustomed to the changing outer environment such as globalization, market economy, individual expansion. Realizing the balance of ecological environment of moral education is conductive to improve the effects of moral education, advance the quality of the nation, promote the progress of spiritual civilization.更多还原
