轴类零件的CAD/CAM集成研究

【摘要】 本文主要针对一种典型零件—轴类零件,研究如何将我们熟悉的CAD软件绘制的零件图信息转换成我们现有的数控车床所能认识和识别的数控指令。也就是说将CAD软件绘制的图形信息通过专用的数据接口读取,在此基础上提取零件的加工信息,即进行前后置处理,生成相应的刀位文件(CLF),最后经过相应的后置处理,生成NC代码。论文在对几种集成方案进行分析和研究的基础上,探讨了一种简便可行的方案来解决该问题。该方法是利用我们熟悉的AutoCAD或者其他CAD能生成DXF文件格式的软件,输出零件的DXF文件,接着通过专用数据接口对DXF文件读取并进行数据处理,在此基础上输入一些工艺参数进行前置处理生成刀位文件,然后对刀位文件进行后置处理生成相应数控机床或数控系统可识别的NC代码,再将生成的NC代码传入数控机床或者将代码手工输入机床,进行自动加工,从而实现CAD和CAM的集成。通过本课题的研究已基本实现了CAD和CAM集成。
【Abstract】 This article deals mainly with the key parts -- the circular parts, studying how we can transform the information of the AutoCAD software or others CAD software into the instruction that the NC system of the lathe can understand and discern. That is to say, the graph information of CAD can be read and dealt with by the special-purpose data interface, On the basis of picking up some information about manufacturing, the CLF file can be generated. In anther word this is preprocessing. Then the NC codes can be generated by the post-processing. The paper is based on the analyzing and studying of a few integration projects, approaching a practical and convenient way which is based on the AutoCAD or others CAD software that can output the files as the format DXF. Through preprocessing and post-processing, the NC codes can be generated, then we can transmit the NC code into the NC system or input them into it by manual operation in order to manufacturing parts. CAD and CAM integration can be realized.
